猫的），我就说下人有皮炎怎么治疗吧：
first line会用 low potency的topical corticosteroid,如果面积大或者表皮厚的地
方，用intermediate to high potency;
second line: 最强效的topical corticosteroid
最后不行就上口服corticosteroid，如果面积非常大或者前面都不管用。
也可能是fungal, viral或者bacterial infection，难道医生不会化验一下的么？ |

发帖数: 1727 | 21 我们是从理论作到药物筛选的，对Mechanism of Action还算比较深入。当然，对每个
具体的compound，总是难说清的。作药的方面，现在有一个三年的funding，一年已经
过去了，加上funding不大，今年过了，明年还有没有钱就难讲了。这作起animal试验
就是烧钱啊。没renew上的其实是作mechanism方面的。
你说的这个流程，和我以前筛的一个compound有相似的地方。当时potency不够，就向
找chemist优化，拿了五年的钱，现在布什用完了么。这个compound因potency不错，合
作的chemist说没必要了。现在就看在身体里的稳定性如何，这个马上要作了。比较细
胞和老鼠的用量，在身体里的稳定性可能会有问题，但不会太大，毕竟在老鼠上的用量
足够作药，但从老鼠到人的跳跃还是未知数。

但是疫苗药品等生物制剂的过期日没那么严格吧？国内不知道怎么样，在美国接触过疫
苗的研究，这个过期日就是一个参考吧，也就是一定数量的疫苗过了这个日期potency
and efficiency下降了，所以要换新的。如果真的接种了这种疫苗，可以去检测看看是
不是有了抗体，没有可以马上再接种一次（某些疫苗可能要等一个月再接种）。医药就
更甚了，很多医药就是强行规定一年有效，其实那种固体药片，放两三年都一样有效，
不过医药公司要赚钱，而且也牵扯到处方问题，基本上很少有超过一年的。
这里有篇文章，试验了122种drug products, 88%的药品在过期至少一年和平均过期5年
的情况下依旧很稳定。

因为很多地方说各个牌子良莠不齐，有些有很多色素，有些剂量根本达不到标签上说的
剂量（主要是chondroitin的剂量希望达到600mg per caplet）,想请教专业的同学们，有没有可
推荐purity and potency比较有保证的牌子。我看到Osteo Bi-flex （triple strength）,
