09年的帖子，该被同情该被骂的都差不多了！现转帖在这里，希望能够给大家去法国旅
游时有所警示！
恳请版主能将此帖置顶一段时间，以使更多的朋友能看到，从而在出行的时候避免受到
伤害！
本来无意在此晒什么痛苦，只是希望能引起各位色友的重视！

派驻法国工作期间，我和同事在法国开的车在尼斯海滨公路街头车窗被砸得粉碎，锁在
后背箱中的所有行李被盗，损失惨重，护照、现金、信用卡、相机、机票、笔记本、衣
物悉数被盗。可笑的是这个位处市中心地带的闹市十字路口既没有监控摄像，也不见一
个巡警，电话报警当地警察居然不管不问，拒不出现场，到几公里外的警局报案，警员
打印完报警失物报告就要撵我们出警局，稍多说几句就惹其变得很恼怒。这是什么样的
文明国家，这就是法兰西所标榜的自由、平等、博爱？
事后跟当地的华人朋友了解到法国的治安管理完全不是想象当中的情况，法国人因为个

3∙14骚乱与1992年的洛杉矶骚乱有相似之处，这对中国和世界都是一个警示。挑
起这些事件的人都使用了争人权、反歧视、争取自由和正义等理由，然而广泛的抢劫、
纵火、打砸、伤害生命却是事实的真相。在洛杉矶，白人、朝鲜裔、黑人的店铺被洗窃
、砸烂、烧毁，53人丧失生命，许多人受伤。在拉萨，20座建筑被烧毁，908家店铺、
120间房屋、7所学校、5家医院被砸烂，银行被抢，许多车辆被烧，18平民被杀害或烧
死，400多人被打伤。洛杉矶和拉萨的骚乱者做了同样的事：他们从店铺里拿走所有他
们能搬动的东西，殴打或者干脆杀掉妨碍他们行径的人，烧掉所有他们拿不走的东西。
两地骚乱者的行为都具有仇富特征，表现出渴望通过剥夺他人一夜暴富，以及毁灭一切
他们无法占有的东西的疯狂。在这种情形下，中美两国政府应对国内暴力骚乱的选择基
本相同。这说明仇富情结是社会心理现象，存在于所有种族、民族文化群落、国家和社
会之中。产生仇富情结的原因远比族群关系复杂，其强大的破坏力不容低估。

匙，而不妨碍其它的人民。
还几天就开学了，今天我与朋友去了位于祖国首都Beijing的Weigongcun West Kou，游
玩归来，在地铁站我与朋友一遍闲谈，一遍甩着绑着钥匙的带子。
突然，我手指一滑，整个绑着钥匙的绳子，直径飞向了地铁轨道，落在了铁轨边缘的下
面。
当时我整个人就傻在了那里，我身后等车的一位为索南看了也“啊”得一声。
绳子上面总共有三个钥匙，一个是我现在住的地下室的，一个是我宿舍的，还有一个是
我自行车的。
虽然我知道这三把钥匙没了不会有什么大碍，但是会添很多麻烦，因为要补办两把钥匙
，提供各种北京求学的证明还要交罚金。
我和朋友决定去找本站地铁的Policemen，其实我们俩觉得，估计Policemen不会管我们
，总不能让整个地铁瘫痪吧，只能怪我们自己不小心！
随后我们向一个Policemen说明了情况，他随我们看了我的钥匙掉到了哪，然后回去打
了电话并用对讲机通话了好几次。

最初知道佛罗伦萨, 是我大概十岁时在我们军队大院的礼堂里看了一部叫”泪洒佛罗伦
萨”的电影. 现在想来,那大概也是我最初认识意大利的时候. 这么多年过去了, 电影
的情节早已模糊, 但剧中女主角那如云的黑发和忧郁的眼神却始终在我脑海之中.
佛罗伦萨在港台又被翻译成 “佛冷翠”, 常在浪漫的爱情小说中出现. 但这是怎样的
一个地方呢, 一直不得而知,直到后来看了英国电影 “看得见风景的房间” (A room
with a view).
这个20世纪初的英国贵族小姐的爱情故事就源于Florence (Firenze), 一座充满文艺复
兴气息的古城. 故事圆满结束时, 在花腔女高音的歌声中, 这对恋人又回到佛罗伦萨,
在清晨相拥坐在旅馆阳台上俯瞰城市的美景. 我喜欢这段爱情故事, 也记住了佛罗伦萨
的红色圆顶DUOMO和挥之不去的咏叹调—后来我曾在Charlotte Church的专辑中找到这
段选自Puccini的歌剧, 原来那么美的一段是唱给慈父的.

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

既不会中文，又不怎么会英语，昨天，一名俄罗斯籍小伙因语言不通，被困京台高速公路禹城服务区，幸遇禹城民警的帮助，才得以顺利返回目的地。
2月12日正是中国传统节日春节猴年的正月初五，下午13时30分许，德州禹城市公安局110指挥中心接到群众报警，“一个外国小伙儿需要帮助，现在在京台高速禹城服务区。”接警后，高新区派出所值班民警杜兴豹立即前往，谁知道一见面这个外国小伙就“叽里咕噜”的说了一通，结果现场无人听懂，大家都一片茫然！
经过初步的交流，民警发现这名外国小伙并不会说汉语，且只会很少的英语。查阅护照签证发现，这名外国小伙是名俄罗斯人，名字叫“马克思”（译名）。
为弄清他们的来意，民警杜兴豹用手机在网上下载了俄文翻译软件，通过软件交流得知，他是一位俄罗斯籍的90后，1月19日从霍尔果斯入境，一路搭便车穷游到泰山。现在准备前往北京，而后可能会去尼泊尔。他从泰安走着上了高速，被一位商河的大哥发现，用面包车把他捎到禹城，马上就要下高速了，所以这位好心的大哥打电话报警求帮助。

道确切数字，只是后来根据外国记者在北京各大医院和红十字会得到的估计数。
查了一下wiki，各种数字从200到1万都有。当然你说的没错，tg官方数字和丁子林的数
字都只有200左右。
