do a lot of overtime in the last few years they work so that their pension
can go to 200K in some extreme cases.

will not eliminate speeding completely --there are a lot people breaking the
limit everyday. But it does make the highway and driving safer for all.

较容易。比如养多少老师，多少policeman. 但是一到州一级，人民的直接监督就很困
难了，而政客的手腕的余地就比较大，到了联邦一级更是这样。
德州的property tax高，但是德州人享受到了好的service, 比如public school就远好
于加州.
加州的property tax被GOP搞的proposition 13卡死在1%，这也是被加州的DEM逼的，背
