俺小孩以前的daycare，24小时门禁系统，只有老师和家长才知道密码并且还要刷卡才
能进入，全部区域包括停车场和全部教室都安装了摄像头，每天还有security guard带
枪开车不停在周围巡逻。上下班高峰期，还有security guard和policeman在附近指挥

violates the city bylaw, but usually the police won't give you a ticket
for that, apparently they tried to use that to intimidate that guy. But
