or whatever... it is outrageous that Jimmy Kimmel thought 'it's an
interesting idea'. and ABC, as a mainstream network, chose to air it.
we do get a senses of humor but killing is not a joke. you think talking
about killing on a public show is a joke? "shall we allow chinese to live"

not need to be monitored, but the Jimmy Kimmel's "Kid's round table" show on
Oct 16 proved me wrong.
the show deeply shocked me and worried me because

focused on extreme conditions. A "general tactics" without specific
environment definition and interaction is very difficult to comprehend, and
use. Rules like this tend to blur the other options defender may have,

开走了。今天上午发现车前面撞得还是蛮厉害的。
因为是租车，买了hotwire保险 （后悔啊，应该买租车公司的保险）。保险公司要求
police report。 打电话给highway patrol,人家忙，说没空理我。要我等，也不能保
证今天能联系我。
我明早的飞机，大家说我是否要在盐湖城多待一天。是不是policeman没来之前，不能
把车还了？如果我离开盐湖城或是还了车，我就拿不到police report,保险就黄了？
大家给点消息和建议吧。小弟现在焦头烂额的。

King的作品倒确实出了几个精品，比如The Shining、Green Mile, The Mist, Misery,
Pet Cemetary，和已经成了Movie版周期帖的Shawshank's Redemption。
我也很喜欢看恐怖小说，来美国后一直想读一读King的小说。但不知是不是我英语的功
底还是太浅，兴趣总是有限，只看完了半本。
不过，让我对King的观点发生根本变化的是最近听到的几本audio books。上下班虽然不
远，但是塞车耽误了不少功夫，不过也有时间让我听了不少audio books。最近一段时间
，断断续续的听完了三本King的小说，都非常不错，给大家推荐一下：

一晃眼去文庙已经20多年了，也许去的频率会越来越少，可是我相信那会是我永远的一
段旅程，一个目标……我从小就是一个超级喜欢买书的孩子，在我上小学的时候开始，
我最热衷的两件事就是组织同学和小朋友来家里玩、去新华书店买书。周围的新华书店
的叔叔阿姨都认识我，某次在街头我买到了一本《世界电影明星列传》的巴掌书，当时
受家庭的影响，我是一个在电影方面把劳伦斯奥利弗、费雯丽、亨弗莱鲍嘉、凯瑟琳赫
本之类的名字挂在嘴里的文艺知识小孩，当时香港的电影还没开放，看过的充其量是一
部银都机构的《少林寺》，这本小册子在介绍美国明星的同时介绍了三个（5个）香港
明星，一个是李小龙，一个是成龙，还有一个（3个人）是许氏兄弟，当时他们的片子
我都没有看过，李小龙的片子的故事有连环画，成龙的名字听到过，可许氏兄弟我完全
没有听到过，既然出现在这本小册子上，而且是和李小龙成龙并列，这引起了我很大的
兴趣，而且我从当中知道了其中有一个不但演戏还会唱歌，他的名字叫许冠杰，从那天
