再加上镜面镀膜, 一般得sun in the eyes应该不是问题.
比如说Maui Jim - 你要是带度数, 一定指明要他们certified lab, 用原厂lens, 会贵
很多, $700 ~ $800 with insurance, 但物超所值.
我5年前配的一副,整天在车里摸爬滚打,镜面连个划痕都没留下.
倒是近两年配得Cartier,Oakley,其他日本/德国的杂牌都缺胳膊少腿的,镜面也满是划
痕.

你要是在高原上开, 或者某种原因不能用Polarized Lens, 那只好用Sun Visor挡住太
阳, 要是挡都挡不住, 只好避开这个时间段, 好在太阳这么小的角度时间也不会太长 ~

地面反射光的偏振方向相同，polarized的镜片只能把两者都过滤掉。
换non-polarized的镜片吧。对驾驶安全有一点点的影响。 |

大部分都是从这里的精华区里面发掘的,排名不分先后，想到哪儿写到哪儿：
1，Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See?
这个是讲颜色的，一问一答的性质，问看到了什么，回答是某种颜色的动物，
最后再总结一下。我们是用中文讲的，如果是英文就更加琅琅上口，
通过和动物组合来教小朋友颜色，更能加强记忆。最早我们是图书馆借来的，
后来念了3个礼拜，我给还掉了，人家还念念不忘，只好立马买了一本。
现在读的次数多了，她常常跟我一问一答。
这个还有个Polar Bear Polar Bear What Do You Hear?是姊妹篇，
我们也从图书馆借到了，是讲动物园的动物们怎么叫的，我用中文就讲不出来，
就很快还了。
2，Chicka Chicka Boom Boom
这本书是介绍字母的，基本没有有意义的故事情节，但是画面很简单，
就是字母们爬椰子树摔下来，但是也是琅琅上口的，女儿很喜欢，让我很惊讶，
大概所谓经典也是有道理的。我们也是先从图书馆借了，后来看她实在喜欢，
就买了一本。

个贴把这两者联系起来说说。
我一进书店图书馆的儿童部，我就觉得这里的孩子好幸福，有这么多优质的书可以看。
大家不要小看象是Lazystone（鼓掌，献花）帖子中的说的这些书。虽然看起来很简单
，实际上非常用心的。
比如说Brow Bear是教孩子farm animal+颜色的，下一本polar bear是教孩子zoo
animal+动物叫声，第三本是教孩子稀有动物+动物动作+环保意识的， 第四本是教孩子
原生动物+动物动作+亲子关系的。
多少父母能这么系统的教孩子这4本书中蕴含的内容还不重样的？
尤其对那些母语非英语的父母来说，知道“growling like a polar bear, roaring
like a lion, snorting like a hippopotamus, fluting like a flamingo, braying

. 好像$150左右，具体和你的度数，index, polish or not, anti-reflective or not
, 等等有关。
没有买transit, 一般的transit在车里不变色， 车玻璃吧紫外线都挡掉了。
还有一种是那个clip-on, polarized的，可以架在一般的rx 眼镜上，就是有点重 |

这里简述一下技术哈。目前主要是四种技术：
1. Linear Polarizer : 主要是IMAX 采用。 被认为是过时的技术，
因为如果把脑袋侧过来的话就看不到三维效果了。
2. circular Polarizer ： 专利属于 RealD 的。 是主流三维影院
采用的技术。 主要优点是不受脑袋位置的影响。AMC, Regal 都用的
是 RealD 的技术。
3. Color wavelength multiplex ： 这个现在还没有普及,但是效果不错。
技术属于 Dolby Lab.
4. Shutter glasses : 忘了是哪家影院了， 好像只有欧洲才有。
IMAX 的主要优点是 popout 的效果比较明显， 所以小孩看会比较高兴。

多，（虽然costo的人说可以挑选店里的任何镜框，但是既然是太阳镜，一般人总希望
挑镜片大点的，遮眼睛遮得好点的吧。）镜片配不了1.67 high index的,好像是1。64
还是1。61什么的，镜片会更厚一点。度数很高的人可能就不合适了。
普通的transition价格是镜框价格+$160镜片，不带polarized,在室内能变clear。有一
种比较新的transition，镜框价格+$175镜片,polarized,开车可以用，但是在室内还是
有颜色的，相当于太阳镜带transitional。记得好像是这两种transition也没法配1.67
high index的。 |

用同一家EYE CLINIC和DENTAL CLINIC。
一般情况下，保险会100% cover基本验光的费用，隐形眼睛的验光要自己负担一下。
保险cover eyewear多少，要看具体的policy了。以我们公司保险为例：
Frame，每两年cover一付，130美元，超过部分自己出。
Lens，根据material和option自己负担不同的费用。
最基本的GLASS或者PLASTIC，自己负担25美元。选择其它材料有追加费用，比如HIGH
INDEX 30到50美元（根据index大小），PC的25美元。
OPTION一般有PHOTOCHROMIC（变色镜），ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING，UV COATING，
POLARIZED。我通常选Anti-reflective，加40-80美元（不同档次），然后买个
POLARIZED的COVER，开车的时候用。
在NETWORK内，CLINIC或者眼镜店会根据你的保险直接用DISCOUNT的价格收费，不用你
再CLAIM了，很方便。
