（nightrunner说的大概是完全脱离水面planing的意思，以下介绍是6hp和310型号的
inflatable如何达到最高速及与水面平行）
planing的时候，船身擦着水面而过，几乎只有发动机在水中，船身只有后部的少部分
和keel在水中，其余部分和水面平行。船头翘的高肯定不是。
你船上不要放cooler和上其他人，如果只有你和发动机，和zodiac类似船形，5马力加
340船应该能达到至少20迈的速度。
我的inflatable是310型号（90磅），两台发动机（58+20磅），6hp和trolling，一块
很重的蓄电池（40磅~50磅），渔具包（10磅），我大约180磅。速度可以达到25~28迈
左右，去掉trolling motor和蓄电池能达到30迈。（手机上北美湖泊卫星导航显示的速
度，开tracking计算的也是类似）
你要做的是，short shaft，启动的时候，船头会翘高，这时候你的油门打到70%~100%
左右，然后人尽量前倾，我是几乎伏在船头，压船头，这时候你会感觉眼前的速度越来

我是有一次留鱼，划筏子返回的时候拖一网兜鱼在水里，很累很慢。太累了，就把这一
网兜鱼拎上来放在kayak前头，划起来立刻觉得行进如飞，比平时划得还快。我就悟出
来重心对船速的影响了。

No matter how you backswing looks like, in downswing, you want to attack the
ball from a shallow (flat) plane.
As for the backswing, of course you have two choice, flat or steep.
If you backswing is too flat, e.g. parallel or flatter than your shoulder
plane, one main reason for that is you probably take your club to inside

9 holes is nice. i played 18 holes several times, it is time consuming and
exausting, especially when you met people one hole before slow play.
what does "up and down" mean? it was mentioned a lot by pro golfers
aftergame interview.
by the way, there are "two-plane swing" vs. "one-plane swing" circulating in
teaching circle. there are great players for each category. i googled out
this by examining my swing plane recently. it seems that you use two-plane
swing. |

being scratch or better is not too much different from a 3-4 handicapper
regarding the swing mechanic. I guess it's more about some mentality.
2-swing plane and one swing plane? since you've seen those players are still
very good and they are using the 2 different planes, you might draw your
own conclusion that it doesn't matter which plane you use. Right? the both
works pretty well. that's the point..

发帖数: 412 | 9 我也一直有SLICE和CHICKEN WING的问题，后来自己拍自己的挥杆，发现有两个问题，
一是挥杆的PLANE太陡了，too up right，挥杆时，潜意识为了防止hit fat，手臂就会
往上“收”，这样CHICKEN WING就来了。这几个月调整了挥杆PLANE，现在是标准的ONE
PLANE，自然就没有CHICKEN WING和RELEASE的问题了。
我以前SLICE 还有个原因就是在downswing的时候，重心是转移到左边，而且HIP turn
and clear也没有问题，但我的上半身，尤其是头部，会有很多lateral movement，这
样杆面是很难回正的，所以DRIVER会有大的SLICE，不管GRIP怎么强势或者SWING PLANE
怎么调整，太多的LATERAL MOVEMENT是会肯定造成SLICE的。我现在挥杆时保证头部的
相对稳定，感觉挥杆是rotary movement而不是摆来摆去。
这两个调整让我的球打的比较直，成绩也降到了mid-80s,现在short game需要慢慢提高。

看你的挥杆，PLANE比较FLAT，挺适合ONE PLANE SWING的，BEN HOGAN的Five Lessons:
The Modern Fundamentals of Golf 写的非常好。Jim Hardy 又对把挥杆区分为one
plane or two plane，他的书也挺有研究价值的。
hogan 的书里面提到要注意的地方，我实践之后，感觉挺有帮助的，有一点就是他提倡
中性或者偏弱的握杆，但大部分人其实用强势一点的比较好，因为HOGAN以前有时会
HOOK，所以弱势握杆对他有帮助。 |

，更围绕身体，另一个挥杆陡一些。有兴趣可以GOOGLE，自己了解下。
至于set up的时候，是否右倾，取决于你挥杆平面的“平”或“陡”，如果挥杆平面较
陡，右倾可以让backswing shallow 一点；如果你的挥杆比较平，那么右倾就很会让
plane too shallow，所以这个是因为人挥杆特点而定的，不是一个绝对的技术细节。
挥杆平的人，比如ben hogan, 就不右倾，因为他的swing arc is already very wide.
挥杆陡的人，比如tom waston,就会右倾 来shallow out the plane and increase the
swing arc width. |

简单来说，full swing的swing plane并不存在。所以当前使用的所谓的swing planar
训练设备基本上说明使用者对swing plane实质的不了解。和swing robot的swing不同
，人受到结构的限制，无法做到single plane swing。但是很多人认为自己是在做
single plane swing，从而造成动作错误。这就是为什么初学者几乎完全是slice，很
少有人因为hook去找教练的。
杆在高速区（腰下）运动，必须在平面内运动才能保证击球的质量。但是在低速区（腰
以上）可以不沿平面运动，人体也无法做到。所以球手必须在对准平面之前保持wrist
cock，不然一旦开始释放lag进入加速区，就无法有效对准了。所谓右肘贴身的原因也
在此。lag其实有双重作用：利用惯性加速（不是离心力，在惯性参照系里不存在离心
力这种力，大谈离心力的教练基本上科盲，他们说的是物体的惯性），延迟释放以为平
面对准和回归获得更多的时间。 |

the Golf Swing Plane)，将对swing plane和swing analysis进行讨论。目前很多教练
对于swing plane的理解并不正确，既不符合实际情况，也不符合物理规律。包括hogan
的模型也是错误的。
特地征求beta读者两位，希望能在1-2周内是对书的结构和内容提出反馈意见，出版后

Disclaimer: I am by no means good or experienced at windsurfing. Take my
words at your own discretion. 还有欢迎大家一起来补充。
1） 学习地点
初学帆板，最好的地方不是海，湾不是最好的，最好而是湖或者水库，完美的初学地点
的一点是没有浪，当然如果你是想天天玩 360 backflip的牛牛就别去了.
2） 帆板
你最初买板最重要的是displacement,通常是你的体重＋２０ 就是板的 displacement
大小，单位是L。 比如你体重150磅，你最好初学时使用170L以上的板子.
一般越大浮力越大，尤其是没有风的情况下完全就靠浮力，但是等风起来了你就不想要
那么大的浮力了，displacement越大的通常也越重，不方便gybe，而且不方便planing
建议初学者可以考虑300块的 windglider (现在改名叫 aquaglide multisport） 充气

misleading... it's clear that her racquet head broke the body plane. Konta's
FH never broke to that plane, it always stayed with the plan. Where you
think is a must for ATP FH is racquet head do not reach that plane, but it
will have to get to that plane during slot phase. I would still say Konta's
is most clean in that term, because it's compact and no unnecessary movement
. Extra movements cost time.

不过你的假设是错的，相对于现在手机的尺寸，覆铜很难作为一个有效的射频地，所以
手机天线的设计一定要在初始阶段就要考虑电路板的形状。这个导致基于2维无限地的
Method of moment其实不是很有效的仿真，修改后基于多层substrate的greens'
function的MoM软件好像也不是很准确。基于FDTD或者FEM的就有比较好得结果了。
另外，就算作为一般的analog ground或者digital ground，现在复杂电路板的power
plane/bus和ground plane都不能再认为是理想了，大量的power integrity软件就是为
了解决这些plane perforation, parasitic inductance, plane capacitance的问题了
，设计不好，电路通过这些覆铜的互相干扰还是很严重的~
天线,公司等背景吸引眼球而已. 能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,看到这么多有趣的回复,我
