有非常完整的解决方案。A的Brazil + Apollo确实有它的很大先进性，但也有几个重要
的limitation。随便说两个，不见得对：
1）A的方案中，对package dependency的管理是通过建立snapshot来固定的，这样是很
方便解决conflict的问题，但对于有些公司需要永远用最新的package version（比如G
)，就不见的实用。所以G是永远全部从source build，和A走了完全不同的path。
2）Apollo的deployment全程有central service来协调控制，这样做到了非常好的对
deployment的监控和reporting。但这事实上造成了central service成为bottleneck。
记得几年前当有很大规模的deployment in progress的时候，其它的deployment有可能
要等很久。不知道这种情况现在是否有改善。

你说的这种经典组合，这有个学术名称的，叫lambda architecture. 把实时跟批处理
结合,适合做Stats日志统计系统。 Twitter 还有Summingbird也不错，说是能通过一套
框架自动翻译成Stream和batch way的处理。但真正做过的才知道这种Lambda架构的弊
端，一个是online可能有误差，有重复或者数据的丢失可能性，而batch layer延迟太
高，维护两套异构系统复杂度高。有了新的需求，改起来非常麻烦，涉及到两遍
migration。我的建议是
1是以后Stream系统足够强大，takeover一切，spark正往这个方向走
2.pipeline能够独立运行，如果有版本变化，新版本会替代老的pipeline，成为主线，
老的就自然死亡。这有点像git的分支管理，你先独立开发好自己的版本，最后rebase
一下就合并到主线 |

1. focus on leadership. 亚麻的那一套如果你真的做得很好，基本上一定会成功。（
其实很多级别的role model在有些方面都差很远）。我不认为那一套是成功的唯一模式
，但回头看看，里面还是有不少好东西得。
2. 有机会可以试试做manager. 有些东西做engineer的时候看不到。你得知道游戏规
则才能玩得好，是吧。
3. 有机会的话成为Bar raiser.只有自己把关面试，才能控制自己将来和什么人一起工
作，是吧。
4. 如果在QA, SDET, support engineer track上的朋友，尤其要把握成为lead的机会
。亚麻里面同级不同track转卡得不严格,这些track上的engineer和manager会有比较大
的机会转成SDE和同级的dev manager。所以这很容易成为一个让有些人把这些track成
为招不合格SDE的途径。与其让别人把这个成为输送的pipeline.还不如我们自己掌握成
培养人才的pipeline.
