教材都是把国外的抄来抄去。不少教授自己不很懂，改写部分出错无数。举个课程例子
，计算机体系结构，我在国内上的糊里糊涂，到美国重上搞的清清楚楚。 在美国上的
体系结构本科课程做课程设计使用的体系结构是教授自己设计的。一级级下来做了个16
位cycle accurate的仿真机,包括pipeline,virtual memeory。上完课对体系结构的理
解非常清晰。而研究生的体系结构我们两个人做了个16位的CPU出来,指令集自己设计，
做了pipeline, super-scalar 和 branch prediction，能在FPGA上跑简单的汇编程序
。两门课都累的半死但成就感极强，感觉是真学懂了。即使后来没有搞这方面东西,很
多年来概念还清晰。而国内上的一些课对付完考试就忘的一干二净。因为没有真正理解
。从美国的师资来说两个教授一个是CPU设计大牛，CPU里一个关键的技术是他80年代搞
出来的。另一个是业界大牛一个知名体系结构的总设计师。而中国没有多少真正搞过

Pipeline，特鲁多为了保证能够建成，花40亿从Kinder Morgan买下只值大概
25亿的资产，结果星期四联邦上诉法院裁决联邦政府的审批过程没有充分咨询
原住民，打回去重新做。这样在明年大选之前基本上不可能再动工，这个问题
所隐含的意义非常重大：
1. Trans Mountain管道问题直接导致联邦政府和地方政府之间的正面对峙，
而且地方政府还在法院获胜，直接威胁联邦政府的威信；
2. 管道问题导致相邻的Alberta和British Columbia两省反目；
3. 特鲁多政府的carbon tax当时为了推广到alberta，就和省政府达成协议，
让他们支持联邦政府的carbon plan，作为交换他们支持trans mountain pipeline，
现在管道没有了，Alberta政府宣布不再支持联邦政府的碳税计划。
目前碳税已经是遭到安大略，Saskachewan的直接拒绝，Manitoba省虽然实行

等半导体公司的网站随便能免费要样品的高取样率高转换bit的ADC芯片有多少

你用多篇顺序采样是可以做到比单片ADC更高的取样率，但是在精度可接受的
