是风险很大的，但是外汇储备那么多，所以真是没办法，谁让中国已经钻进美犹跟买办
精心给中国设计的这个套里呢？
但是从我贴的数据至少可以看出，周小川这些金融买办，至少在过去三十年里犯下了一
个无法饶恕的错误，那就是，低位的时候不知道增加黄金储备。
即便是按照1054吨的黄金储备（截至2009年数据），中国黄金储备也不过占到外汇储备
的1.8%。如果刨除毛泽东时代留下来的400吨，改开时代的黄金储备只占到外汇储备的1
%，在全世界各国垫底！
作为对比，美国黄金储备是所有外汇储备的75%，德国是71%，意大利是70%，法国是67%
，荷兰60%，葡萄牙82%，西班牙40%，瑞士18%，英国18%，印度8.5%。
也就是说，再笨蛋的央行行长，也不应该愚钝到黄金价格翻了多少倍，才想起来进口黄
金。再笨蛋的央行行长，也不会像周小川那样，黄金价格400多的时候鼓励出口，涨到
900多又限制出口，鼓励进口。就这样的金融买办卖国贼，居然还有人为之辩护，到底
是有病还是有任务，自己看着选吧。

也就是说，1979到2008年长达30年的时间里，中国新增黄金储备仅仅为200吨，占到外
汇储备的1%。作为央行，面对这么低的黄金储备比例，居然无动于衷，居然还在2005年
出台政策鼓励出口黄金，这难道可以用脑残来解释？如果周小川不是金融买办卖国贼，
谁还是卖国贼？

到了1975-1980年，中国排名跃升到了86位。
也就是说，毛时代将中国人均预期寿命的排名，整整往前拱了43位。
而到了2005-2010年呢，中国排名却又落后到了96位。

到了1975-1980年，中国排名跃升到了86位。
也就是说，毛时代将中国人均预期寿命的排名，整整往前拱了43位。
而到了2005-2010年呢，中国排名却又落后到了96位。
也就是说，改革开放时期，中国排名不但没有继续进步，反而大踏步后退了10名。

国南海争端。为迎合菲律宾，她竟称中国南海为“西菲律宾海”。
希拉里在会上说：“我们坚持认为，菲律宾和中国之间的西菲律宾海（West
Philippine Sea）的主权争端问题应当以和平方式解决。”
希拉里还说，美国不在任何有关领土主张的问题上表态，因为任何声称自己拥有主权的
国家都有权坚持自己的主张，但它们无权通过恫吓或强制手段来推行这一主张，而应按
国际法和其它法律法规来解决争端。
菲律宾为加大其领土主张的力度，前不久开始把南中国海称为“西菲律宾海”。菲律宾
总统办公室发言人陈显达（Edwin Lacierda）曾声称：“将中国南海更名为‘西菲律宾
海’，是我们义不容辞的责任。”
11月16日早些时候，希拉里出席了庆祝《美菲共同防御条约》签署60周年的纪念活动，
并与罗萨里奥（Albert del Rosario）签署了《马尼拉宣言》和《菲美关于增长伙伴原
则的联合声明》。 |

欲加强在澳洲军事存在；国务卿克林顿则向菲律宾许诺支持，以在南海问题上进一步向
中国施压。
当地时间周三，美国总统奥巴马与澳大利亚总理吉拉德在堪培拉会面，并郑重重申美国
重返亚太的决心。他在两国首脑共同举行新闻发布会时说："我此次对该地区的访问，
表明美国正在一步步兑现其对整个亚太地区的承诺。"
此前外界纷纷猜测的美增强在澳洲军事存在的计划也随之揭开面纱：澳大利亚总理吉拉
德表示，美军在澳大利亚北部达尔文港的"准军事基地"的海军部署从明年开始，初期计
划驻扎250人，之后兵力有可能增加到2500人。美国总统奥巴马说：
"这种流动的军事部署是非常重要的，因为这使得我们不仅能够构建两国的军事合作能
力，而且还让我们能够满足该地区许多伙伴国家在军事训练和演习方面的需求，让我们
具备能够维持地区安全结构的军事存在。"
达尔文距离印度尼西亚仅有820公里，未来那里的美军的海空力量将有能力对东南亚地
