做QPCR实际上用不着bioanalyzer，简单一点跑个胶就够了，qPCR之前一定要跑胶( 差
点打成泡脚)。。。
目的是看你的sample是否有降解，是否有DNA污染，你的nanodrop 读数高可能是因为污
染了phenol

在你的trizol：chloroform分离移去了RNA上清后，应该接着加碱性的Phenol（和剩余
提及1:1），然后再离心取上清，加酒精，然后不要用沉淀法而是用一个提gDNA的柱子
过柱，清洗，回收。

你可以把酸通过 DIC(or DCC) in DCM, r.t. 30 mins 搞成symmetric anhydride, 蒸
干以后溶在ＤＭＦ 里， 然后滴到phenol/DMAP/DMF里．
或者 直接coupling reagent 用MSNT/Methylimidazole 的组合
弄酯用EDC,DIC或DCC之类的有时候效果是不好，所以 solid phase 上弄酯更多用
symmetric anhydride 或者 coupling reagent 用 MSNT
当然弄成 鲜绿的话肯定最直接，效果应该也很不错，就是有的酸不太好弄成鲜绿 |

简单说来，看f是几，就看反应之后与(除H/X等元素)新形成几个键，而与聚合机理等无
关，这种判断方法具有普适性！
比如，MMA/St们是通过双键中的pi-键打开，最终形成2个单键，所以f=2； diol/
diamine/diacid等，也是通过缩合释放出小分子而最终形成2个单键，所以f=2；2,6-
dimethyl phenol，通过活泼H氧化形成双自由基、然后双自由基互相头尾偶合也形成2
个单键，所以f=2。
环氧乙烷们的单键打开，最终形成2个单键，f=2；环己烯等，通过WCl5等催化的ROMP，
双键打开，形成2个双键（而非四个单键），所以其f=2。
某些单体在某些情况下，比如对氯甲基苯乙烯在阳离子或者ATRP中，因为双键打开后可
形成2个单键，而对氯甲基作为引发剂也可以形成一个键，所以f=3；
butadiene等，就算有2个双键，不论1,2还是1,4加成，都新形成了2个键，所以f=2；但
是divinylbenzene、di(meth)acrylate等，两个双键都参与反应，新形成4个单键，所
有f=4。
如果如何涉及到与H/X等元素成键，则打个5折，呵呵， |

makes sense that 略小于起始分子量 if your 起始分子量 means molecular weight
measured in good solvent. Be very careful with water especially when
silicon column was used. Water damages silicon column and gives bad results.
Phenol column is not sensitive to water.
LiBr is necessary if your molecule has strong polar group such as acid, 两性
高分子 no mater it 带电 or not. LiBr will interrupt intramolecular force
