发帖数: 522 | 3 Aventis几个主要的药现在都要挂掉了，4个中起码有3个，Plavix （2011年专利到期）
, Lovenox （Sandoz的generic已经上市，后面还有一堆排着，新一代口服的新药也都
在上市） , Taxotere （patent 被Hospira invalidated)....pipeline又是问题不断
。未来的几年，除了pfizer，就是aventis日子最难过，也许比pfizer还难过，所以现
在象疯了一样到处乱买，买genzyme个人认为是为了未来几年sales不会太难看，
pipeline方面能有多大帮助真的不好说。
感觉后面还会有大动作，尤其是Genzyme买卖搞定以后。
抱歉老是散播悲观消息，不过有事实依据情况下悲观点不是坏事，我在Wyeth工作一同
学，就是及时看到形势不好，提前做了两手准备，最后顺利回到学术界，拿了pfizer
package，开开心心走人。 |

应该没有实验室了.他Pfizer的实验室应该是相对独立的，和Pfizer自己找的博后应该

本人化工博士背景，毕业好不容易找了个工作。可惜刚工作两年，公司被Pfizer兼并，
不得已重新开始了求职生涯。这期间，老板给我提供了一切便利，让我可以在上班时间
全职投简历，我onsite时帮我请病假，把我的名字提交给Pfizer高层进行才能评估，还
通过强调我的一些收尾工作的重要性把裁我的日期从2010年五月底延到了九月底。家里
老婆也很配合，一直支持鼓励我，尽量不给我压力。如此完美的环境下，我终于在前几
天拿到了一个大公司的offer，让所有关心我的人松了口气。在这里分享一些找工作的
经验，希望能帮助还在寻觅的朋友们。
1. 简历。
由于英语水平的原因，我一开始写的简历很多工作的细节不知道怎么表达好。但是它山
之石，可以攻玉。在网上找工作的过程中，碰到招的职位和我相关的，我就会学习职位
描述里面的语言，合适的就搬上简历。在描述工作细节 |

也都为此向朱家作出了一定的补偿,双方签订了协议。 今天我们虽然可以说这些补偿远
远不够,但协议就是协议,似乎也很难反悔。 所以这段民事赔偿,似乎重提的可能性不大
。 好在现在民间对朱家的关注和同情,社会给予捐助应该不成问题,朱家至少不用像以
