的一个）被美国多个lab在他出院后列为benign （几个labs从13到14年，之前之后都没
有进入数据库）
这个变异其实亚洲人很多，在欧洲和亚洲早就有这方面研究并把这个变异列为
pathogenic（坏的），最早的文章见于04年日本人。中日同源啊。
而最后一个于14年报告benign的是一个德国医生在美国杂志上报道。我联系这个医生，
这个医生说他从来没有遇到这种变异的病人,而且告诉我说你如果发现这个变异的病人
有病可以发文章啊。我问他那为啥你报benign，他说自己查论文发现，然后给我的文章
根本就没有说benign，都是有病的引用。

变异吗， 外行不知道觉得很可怕， 其实内行应该都知道snp算个啥， 屁都不是， 怎
么会那么容易出事。 所以snp看见了根本不当回事。lab不报我家孩子的变异也无所谓
， 我知道作假就行了。。
问题是既然snp不是回事， 他妈的为什么数据库里面的很多snp就直接标记成
pathogenic的， 怀疑我还得学学。。 我很笨不懂。
可是这么报出来对于我这种半懂不懂的就看着还不舒服。 因为snp很容易发生， 又这
么乱报， 是不是可以有组织的把一些黄种人突变， 虽然是良性， 也可以说成是容易
自杀， 消极怠工， 等等。 同样，也可以把坏的说成好的， 基本就是医生随便放屁都

小弟的大方向在agriculture，pathogen detection，6月份刚拿到博士学位，现在和老
板一起到了一个藤校做postdoc，博士期间一作文章大概10篇（其中7篇online，其他的
都under review），但是没啥teaching的经验，grant也写过一点点（基本是参与，自
己没有投），励志以后在美帝找到faculty postiion。最近，看到网上很多post招
faculty的广告（大概有个5-6个），方向都是非常符合的，因此在想要不要开始准备，
今年试试，其实自己内心觉得自己还没有ready，也不是很confident。
小弟有一个核心问题：今年需不需要试试。
今年投一下这个ope，主要是怕今年招满了，等我准备好的时候没有open了。但是其实
自己不是很自信，怕今年投了，人家觉得不行，明年人家还继续招，觉得有不太好的
record，会印象明年。
大家有啥看法，需要大家的知道。 |
