版上大牛多，成功人士空降去startup的大牛也是数不胜数。然而我不属于这一类。
当初毕业时因为没得选择，也没有别的offer，所以只能接受去startup了。曾几何时我
也多想进大公司，向往着life-work balance的生活。可惜没有这个机遇。现在想起来
如果当初真的去了，现在的自己可能想法就完全不一样了吧。有人说以后还可以跳槽再
去大公司，我想在经历了startup和小伙伴们没日没夜的拼命的经历后，恐怕很难再适
应大公司的节奏了，除非我老的干不动了想换个环境养老，那还不如直接退休好了。
公司是个recruiting领域的新兴公司，具体名字就不说了。顺便吐槽一下老板很push，
真的很push，动不动就晚上打电话过来说工作。不过他对自己更push，每天除了睡觉就

你对Behavioral Question的答案一般来说不会成为对方雇用你的原因，但却很有可能
称为对方拒绝你的原因。我有一个技术很牛的朋友，找工作的时候换工作有点频繁，大
概前面每个公司都只待了一年。结果对方在问他为什么这次又是要在一年之后换工作的
时候，他很实在的说了一些对现在工作不满意的地方，结果导致了悲剧。其实只要稍微
在给出答案的时候注意一点点，就完全可能拿到offer。
一般来说，我觉得在Behavioral Question方面主要应该注意以下几点：
1）不要说negative的comment，特别是对自己以前的工作
比如，几乎每一个公司的面试都会有人问“Why do you want to leave your current
company?” 这是一个很open的问题，绝对没什么标准答案。但我觉得，无论你离开的
原因是什么，无论你对你前一份工作是爱是恨，都不要make negative的comments. 比
较理想的是无论什么时候，当被问到你以前的某个工作，某个项目，你都能热情洋溢的

再说新公司做的行业，我很熟悉，竞争对手基本没有，我就是从做这个行业的大公司出
来，大公司的鬼样子我都知道，所以risk并不高，而且我也很看好这一行。我看了公司
不少人的linkedin简历，都很牛。
为什么非要去google，我一朋友从没去过google/facebook，但是去了linkedin，后来

我认为，我们现在懂的的道理，孩子们到了我们这个年龄大多也会懂地
我可以帮助他们增长认识自己认识他人的能力，进而有效coping的能力
但是我不可能改变他们的个性，这些个性包括脾性的缓急，有没有耐力，有多少完美主
义倾向等等
我也不可能改变他们的passion，或者培养他们的passion
提供机会，然后旁观有没有passion，个性是什么样的21
道理都会懂的，最后还是的靠孩子自己去“活着”去体验，自己得出来的conclusion还
是最牢靠的
还有就是，即便道理都懂了，一个人行动的时候其实还是会“做他自己”
人生就是要犯错的，就是有遗憾的

但是passion也不是天生就有的，至少需要把这扇门打开，让孩子看到门外的那个世界
。如果我们在餐桌上每天说的是名校/学习/比赛/医生律师的高收入，在生活中不是推
学习就是推体育和才艺，那孩子就没有机会了解到华人在这个社会的窘境。而在学校里
的洗脑，自然是博爱和AA的正义性，自然是继续牺牲华人利益去为他族牟利。那我们就
没有让孩子有机会去发现他可能会点燃的为华人争取平权的passion.

但是我觉得passion还是不同。比如打游戏和灌水也会很入迷，但是那个好像不能称为
passion... 感觉真正的passion还是必须能够make a difference. |

的一些想法:
首先，不要看人家做什么特别赚钱，你就想去做。你学什么的？在什么方面在行？对什
么特别感兴趣？就算有人说你这个没戏，你是否还会坚持下去？如果你退休了或者不缺
钱了，是否还会做这个？从这些方面想想，你才会发现你真正的destiny.
做生意不赚钱是不行的，但如果你没有passion的话，刚刚开始创业，难免遇到困难，
那个时候，如果这件事只是你投机想捞钱做的，你就会轻易的放弃了，不会坚持；而如
果这是命运对你的calling, 你有非常的passion, 你就能挺下来。
所以，你先要分析分析，留学这方面，是否是你的passion所在，是否你有强项？举个
例子，如果你是多年的码工，那我觉得你就最好不要介入线下的生意，尽量利用软件或
者网络来赚钱，可以和留学结合起来，比如说做网上中介等。
其次，mindset太重要了。不要因为别人都先于你挣了大钱，就觉得懊恼和郁闷。国内
有国内的问题，污染和社会环境，都比美国差远了。有钱也买不来美国的空气的说。

我自认是很有Passion的，也有水平，但上司（白人）可能觉得我的passion到了
aggressive的地步，威胁到了他的存在，所以不遗余力的打击我的passion
其实有时候回头想想，要不就做个sb，天天拍他马屁，做事情不要那么有效率，提意见
时不要太露骨，也许慢慢的他就会改变对我的看法 |
