generated by the device itself. Highly recommended, especially if you have
limited storage space for paperbacks and hardbacks. Moving with 12 boxes
of books almost killed me last year. Therefore the first thing I bought
when I got to the new place is the Kindle. =) |

一些完全没有organize好的想法。
1. 在还没看书之前，测了一下平时easy long run的心跳。136-146之间。然后看书知
道怎么算MATHR.发现我如果take on LHR training的话。心跳要保持在134-144之间。
所以自己最舒服状态跑步差不多就是他建议的那样了。但是想想次次出门跑步都要像
easy long run的pace.没有speedwork,tempo, 难道不会很boring么？
2. 他说在build up aerobic base之前，任何anaerobic运动都会有坏影响。这点非常
turn me off.

but personally i'd not try PLO until i have a solid bankroll from holdem, a
few reasons:
1) PLO is getting popular but still far behind holdem, which most fish play;
2) PLO is a game where the edge is much much bigger between good and average
players, and the luck factor decreases. most average players got tired of
holdem after a while, and donate money in PLO;

读小说，特别是英文小说。
我用Kindle读的第一本书：The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
作者Stieg Larsson是瑞典的一家杂志编辑，政治上很活跃，针对瑞典极右势力和种族
主义做过详细报道，曾受到敌对势力的死亡威胁长达5年。业余爱好写小说，2004年50
岁早逝，留下“千禧年杂志”三部曲遗稿，篇幅都挺长。

一棒的。逛图书馆以前唯一标准是只看那种所谓quality paperback的，因为嫌硬装的
重。。。这样的副作用是比较落后，书都不是最新的，好处是amazon上评论积累得多些
，大致不会偏差太多。不过选小说真的和进赌场差不多，你可以依照题材选/挑赌的项
目，可以冲作者名头去/挑每注stake的大小，但人家的review只是告诉你输赢的概率，
碰到自己抽牌还是要看rp了。
