有本叫Reinventing your life 。。。

competent, desired, fulfilled, etc.; changes of behavior can be done in very
basic steps.
You wrote "I am not living it (my life) for myself".
how to live your life for yourself but just don't seem to be able to do it?

Usually, first editions always appear in hard copy, for best profit for the
publishers.
If it continues to be profitable, it will keep this way, or later, after
a year or two, the paperback edition will come out.
Of course, there is the distinction between trade paper and mass-market
paper,
the latter is considered less prestiged, some writers can be quite offended
by
the mass-market format if the publisher suggests this.
