4,5天一个cycle 其实只是它的follicle recruitment and growth 最后到ovulation的
过程 所以只是folliculugenesis 的后面一段
primate 也是一样的 真正一个follicle 从dormant primordial follicle 到 pre
ovulatory follicle 需要150天, 也就是5个mensus cycle那么长. 但每次的cycle中只
是recruit 一部分比较成熟的 secondary follicles 进一步成长 所以还是存活时间相
当长的应该cre 算active了比较久的时间了 可能就是蛋白先表达了
况且我给了激素 等于ovarian over stimulation 本来那些要死掉的follicle 全部存
活下来了 跟fertility clinic的促排差不多的道理

I must concede there is no evidence for high level of prolactin to stimulate
uterus, unlike that of normal level of prolactin.
What I think is more accurate is, the inhibitory effect of high prolactin on
ovary and FSH/LH is relatively weak and never achieve the level of
menopause. Therefore, the uterine is relatively normal as compared with
atrophy.
In nursing women, the high prolactin level help prevent ovulation but is not
a sure thing of contraception.

clomid，clomid会造成我排卵提前，但是那specialist不相信这一点，因为之前我只是
用ovulation test kit 去测排卵。他认为我可能pickup了clomid.结果就是周期第11天
，发现我有3个大卵泡，但是lining只有4mm。大夫还说你应该过3，4天会排卵，让我预
备好trigger shot。结果呢，第二天就把我揪回诊所，因为我的验血证明要排卵了。所
以毫无疑问的失败了，连那trigger shot 也没用上。后来捐给了诊所。我当时都不知
道做IUI还用各种药物。经历了几次失败的IUI，我们实在没有时间再耗下去了。奇怪的
是，这个specialist发现我的cervix非常紧，他很难transfer任何东西进去。我还做了
一次全麻cervix dilation。所以我非常怀疑，我那前几次IUI都是怎么做成的。 |

发帖数: 41 | 41 要看个人具体情况,说说我的情况,仅供MM参考:我当时取了28个卵,20 matured,17
fertilized, 8 developed into blastocysts.IVF之前做过腹腔镜(后来给我做IVF的老美医生做的),发现左边卵巢有轻微子宫内膜异位,医生做了处理,告诉我无大碍...后来又做了三次IUI(Clomaid)未果,他才建议的IVF.
Stimulate用的Gon-F Pen,我的respond很强,两边卵巢都有10多个卵泡按同等速度生长,中途医生减了Gon-F药量,取卵的前一天晚上用Lupron instead of HCG to trigger ovulation to prevent OHSS (ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome).我自身反应并不大,有时觉得头有点晕,照常上班到取卵的前一天,取卵后没有吐,麻药的作用下我在路上睡着了,回到家麻药过了也不疼...第1次IVF fresh cycle移植了1 embryo,没成,但因为有frozen embryos,不用重新刺激卵巢.这次做frozen cycle怀上了...

Natural FET in terms of outcome. Both proven achieved very similar pregancy
rate. The reason I chose Medicated FET is due to better manage my schedule
of work. I do have late ovulation surge which requires extra monitoring
during natural FET and it's stressful for me.

我打算transfer 3个。
我做的是自然的，自测LH surge。总共就需要做两次u/s, 一次LH surge前，一次后。
后面那次主要是查lining等等。然后会做个blood test 查progesterone等等to
confirm ovulation did occur. 如果一切正常在LH surge后第五天transfer.
我打算用assisted hatching. |
