outperform market 25%左右。08年10月初开始转战国内A股市场，到现在半年多一点，
已经outperform market 30%了。当然这种成绩有一定的偶然性，但一年下来
outperform market 40%以上估计还是可以实现的。
我想国内股市比美国好做的主要原因在于：美国股市80%以上的资金来自机构投资者，
散户只占了不到20%，基本都是狼和狼直接的较量。而中国散户的资金仍然占了60%以上
，可以找到很多mispricing的机会，只要有一定的投资知识和技巧，长期来看比美国股
市的机会要多不少。另外至少短期内中国对投资收入还是不收税的，这也是一个很大的
优势。

isn't. Reported return is after fees.
I think the argument indexers are advocating is, on average actively funds
lag index fund; some active fund outperform index, however it is very hard
to consistently outperform; individual investor can hardly predict which are
those few that will long term outperform. And by chasing performance, there
is a good chance investor will rather lose to market.

the same strategy in an index fund won't outperform what I'm doing in my VUL
, since IIVAX outperformed SPX during these years.
Simply cost average won't outperform VUL either, as in my 401k I'm doing

schools perform about the same or worse than public schools. The film does
