质的痛苦，就来说说吧。
蓬蓬发质的mm 们，你们可以再也不用羡慕天生直发的mm了。
我的蓬蓬头发到了三十岁以后才找到突破。
之前直发直发，天天象着怎么直发。烫发都不敢想。
也烫过上直下卷，不到半年就不好看了。这种卷烫不大。
无意中的突破是这样的：
一年前，在韩国店烫大卷，悲剧，烫完像80年代新郎官，哭死。
大半年之后，上部分新发长出来，还是蓬蓬，下面是大卷，整个像狮子。用遍什么膏啊
，水啊，不到一个小时都变回狮子，还是摸起来脏脏的狮子。就要放弃的时候，有一次
听节目说用baby oil局油，用了之后便成满头小卷，狮子狗。
然后我想，干了用怎么样，就试一试等头发几乎干透的时候，把baby oil 倒手上用手
卷头发，用指头疏上部，卷下部。没想到结果是：惊艳啊。头发上部没烫过的部分像用
电棒做过的膨而不乱的效果，毛糙的发质被baby oil 一举攻克，下部漂亮的大卷，头
发恰到好处的并成很多屡。漂亮啊漂亮，这辈子头发都没有这么漂亮过。保持一天没问

发帖数: 1423 | 2 昨天给俺的老dodge在walmart换了下engine oil，觉得去的那个walmart服务挺好的，
用的penzoil，换了oil filter和air filter，一共收了俺30刀。中间俺等的时候问他
们VW家的他们换不换，老墨小伙子连声说他们这啥都有，我又问换的时候那个filter好
像要用大的，他说他们的确用的是big size的oil filter。看了看价格，一个40刀的
synthetic lube express包括penzoil 5w40，oil filter change再外加一些服务啥的,
俺觉得还不错。
小伙子看俺等的比较久又帮俺擦了擦车子，俺还挺满意的。此外他们也更换wiper
blade，正好俺passat右边的wiper不太好使，考虑他们不收labor charge，觉得价格上
面还是挺公道的，就是怕他们的synthetic oil,parts, oil filter啥的跟vw家的不怎
么match。大家觉得walmart换lube的口碑怎么样?有经常在那里做的嘛? |

1，sludge，主要是fuel, water 进入机油造成的，而且会dilute oil。一般越是短途
，stop&go越是明显。经常开长途就比较少。新换的synthetic oil清洗功能也比较强
2, engine wear，一些fine metal particles，主要靠filter去除，长时间不换油要用
extented lift的filter，基本就是加大filter容量
3, engine oil break down，高温工作，肯定oil的润滑功能会越来越差。synthetic比conventional的衰退的少，润滑更好些
一般free maintenance就是抓住了syn oil的第三点在long oil change interval上做
的marking噱头
一般rules of thumb是100hr换普通油，200hr换合成油
比方我上班10mile开15min，中午去gym来回共10mile用30min，下班回家堵车10mile开
30min，周末出去玩，高速开的远一些，平均大概应该25～30miles/hr。目前on-bo |

$4 quart. What is interesting is that they have plenty of the 5w-40 weight
European spec in stock. This appears to be the same as the Mercedes
recommended Quaker State Full Synthetic European Formula 5W-40 which meets
the MB 229.5 spec which is the current spec for most MB gasoline and diesel

first of all, very strongly recommend honda genuine oil filter
for honda cars. the quality is soooooo good and price is ok.
I got $4 ea from hparts. pretty competitive.
before that, I use the cheapest supertech $1.99 from walmart.
it is totally a crap. there is no anti-drain back valve in it.
that is why I can't get the claimed 3.7 qt oil change capacity.
The max I can fill in is 3.4 qt. The dirty oil from oil filter
eventually drain back to oil pan. another thing is abo |

发帖数: 64 | 12 换tranny fluid真是脏，也累！先开了一圈把车弄热，在开上ramp,用10mm的allen
socket，加上adaptor和24寸的break bar，打开变速器和分速器的两个drain plug很顺利
，呵呵，再次多谢fulluey在工具上的帮助！
但是加起来就不容易了，主要是differential oil和tranny oil是分开的，根据DingD的
文章，用针管往里面加differential oil，累死了，受空间限制只能用10mm的针桶，估计
来来回回加了至少100多次（不知道DingD加了多少次，呵呵。。。），针管还不那么容易
伸到位，得扭着进去，所以吸一次加一次都要不少时间，其间还两次打翻新tranny
fluid的瓶子，弄的地上到处是油，衣服也报销了：（
tranny oil反而好弄，卸pan卸filter都没费什么事，就是那十几个螺丝拧的够烦。原本
打算只用2个小时就换好，结果花了4个小时，郁闷！5瓶tranny oil,打翻了两次漏了将近
一瓶，算下来总共加进去4个quarter 多一点吧。
然后买菜，吃饭，回来接着弄fuel
filter，放掉油压， |

我有一次犯了同样的错误, 把trans oil当成engine oil给放了, 马上觉得味道不对.又
补了点儿trans oil. 后来查了一下, subaru的trans oil只能drain出1/4左右,所以还
能开, 不过损伤肯定是有的.
这种车特别容易放错oil, 得仔细看底盘. 以后我都建议我那个朋友要么自己换要么去
dealer那里,比较保险. |

现在又跑了4千m，oil life 就只有0％了，oil light提示要换oil了。

车一个月后去换了一次油，换油的时候专门让人简单检查一下车，人说没问题。我开车
大概一天10mile，全local。 然后过了20天的样子开始有时候听到gas ping。去车行检
查，说oil leak，确实我也看到oil leak.修了oil leak， 把sparkle plug 也换了。
修了后gas ping 也没了。过了一个星期，其中开了一段高速， 大概4，5小时左右，感
觉一切正常。慢慢又开始听到gas ping.后来2个星期开车比较多点，大概开了300mile.
有次当上高速（天冷，没太热车），check engine 黄灯 flash了一下，看见车尾有烟
。但一会灯和烟都没了。开回家检查，oil在add以下。去车行，发现lower pan gaske
漏油， 又修。后来热车发现车子冒蓝烟，烟还比较大。我也不确定以前有没，没太注
意过，但是肯定即使有也不大。去车行，说burn oil。 我自己测了一下，大概200mile
/quart.确实发动车1分钟后看到比较大的烟，然后消失。我很不明白的是什么... 阅读全帖 |

2GR-FSE发动机需要6.6qt的机油。买了两箱共12罐的Castrol 0W30，加上oil filter这
材料费都60块钱了。不知道拿去那些$20 oil change之类的店去换，他们怎么做这生意。
这发动机是oil drain plug跟oil filter都在车底的。oil filter要拆掉7跟螺丝，把
一块底板卸下来之后才能看得到。假如拿去给店里换，估计人家会嫌麻烦直接把螺丝跟
底板扔掉，反正在车底你不钻到底下去发觉不到。所以还是自己换机油放心。
换完机油试车，感觉发动机更加安静了，有可能是心理作用。
另外发觉似乎2GR-FSE的金属加工精度比MB C350/E350上用的那个M276DE35发动机好。
在怠速运行的状态下，用手直接摸2GR，震动很小；摸M276，明显抖动得厉害很多，给
人感觉是曲轴、活塞臂等运动部件加工精度不佳，重量不均匀所导致的。 |

R134a有含lubricating oil，也有不含lubricating oil的
如果你的空调要求含有lubricating oil，你加了“纯的”R134a，那有可能损坏空调

，当时都没记录油剩多少，就凭oil公司说送了多少就多少，居然要$4.14每加仑，问对
方为啥这么贵，说因为房东没及时update plan，就按没有plan的4.14价格算。不是自
相矛盾宰人么？plan价格是3.589没加仑.
既然没update plan应该电话再次确认或中断plan，如果继续plan应该按plan应有的价
格来算，这个小公司看来很狡猾，我有权不付这个bill么？

菜籽油，西人超市唾手可得也~~
来看一下丁主任怎么说：
“…… 其实严格的说，Canola oil跟川菜用的菜籽油是不一样的，虽然都是油菜籽油
。中国产的菜籽油含芥酸(顺式-13-二十二碳烯酸)量太高（大约50%)。人体对芥酸的吸
收缓慢，利用率较低。而且长期食用富含芥酸的油会导致芥酸在体内蓄留，引起血管壁
增厚和心肌脂肪沉积，致心肌坏死。世界卫生组织（WHO)要求食用油菜籽油的芥酸含量
不得大于5%。美加和欧洲市场上销售的油菜籽油（Canolaoil)是经基因改良的品种，其
芥酸含量低于0.5%。Canola oil是新创字，由Canadian 加 oil而来，以示与普通油菜(

个他们倒不是故意的。做inspection的时候，inspector发现了残留的oil pipe，然后
seller agent立刻打电话问seller，seller说tank已经被挪走了，会给我们提供文件。
今天seller的律师发信过来说，tank没有被挪走，只提供了前任房主decommission这个
tank的文件。
这个房子以前用oil，后来改用gas了，前任房主在92年的时候找了专门的人
decommission了这个underground oil tank，检查清理过，然后填了沙。现在的卖家是
95年买的这个房子，估计他们没在意这个问题，所以没有在disclosure statement里提
这个问题。当我们问到的时候，他们也以为被挪走了，然后去找前任房主的文件，才发
现tank还在。
现在搞得我们很郁闷，我们觉得这个underground oil tank始终是个隐患，填了沙，不
代表就100％没污染，而且以后卖房这个tank也是个问题。我们是想让sell |

Grapeseed Oil的高昂价格，偶尔试试可能，俺不会每天用。那个葵花籽油实在是不香

caused huge volatility in the stock market.
But I believe now OIL might have become the handkerchief of the magician in

* US shale gas 投入产出比还可以. 瓶颈是在管道和运输。 但这些股已涨的很高了。
* US shale oil 产量也就在这 1-2 年 达到 peak。接下来是投入跟产出比是不好的。
除非石油价格再涨 15%以上。
* 另外一个重要的因素。 US 自己的 oil reserve 不多。
如果 US 全靠自己的产出石油， 它将会在 5-7 年把自己的石油储存挖光。
* 俄罗斯的油股便宜， LUKOY PE is about 6, PB is about 0.55.
但没红利，这不太爽。
* 加拿大的 oil reserve 全球排名第三，美国过3-5 年陶空了自己的
reserve, 就得大量依靠加拿大的 oil.
所以我看好加拿大的石油股，特别是那些低于 book value, 有大量
oil reserve 的 value stock, 而且很有很好的红利 ( > 5%).

over supplied. Even though people has been worried about the supply for most
of the time, the price has been suppressed before the Arab oil embargo in
1973. Since then, OPEC has been controlling the price relatively effective
and the oil market has been seller's market.
However even with the oil price spiked since 1973, there has always been
spare capacity of between 5-10% of world demand with OPEC being the swing

best period to sign up an oil plan? I imagine it is surely before the
heating season, but will March or June usually be the best time? I remember
to notice your last year's post around summer time (possibly because I only
bought the house last summer).
I personally feel the oil market will keep as low, if not lower, throughout
this year. While I am not monitoring the heating oil market, I do keep an

在下offer前，seller没有disclose这个underground oil tank，据我们后来推断，这
个他们倒不是故意的。做inspection的时候，inspector发现了残留的oil pipe，然后
seller agent立刻打电话问seller，seller说tank已经被挪走了，会给我们提供文件。
今天seller的律师发信过来说，tank没有被挪走，只提供了前任房主decommission这个
tank的文件。
这个房子以前用oil，后来改用gas了，前任房主在92年的时候找了专门的人
decommission了这个underground oil tank，检查清理过，然后填了沙。现在的买家是
95年买的这个房子，估计 |

google一下canola oil的主要成分，绝大多数是c16和c18，哪里有所谓的c22长链脂肪
酸？鱼油里面的DHA是c22，是不是不能吃了？
另外，canola oil的主要成分和olive oil相似，只不过含量有所不同。按这个逻辑，
canola oil不能吃了，其他油包括olive oil是不是也不能吃？
