在下offer前，seller没有disclose这个underground oil tank，据我们后来推断，这
个他们倒不是故意的。做inspection的时候，inspector发现了残留的oil pipe，然后
seller agent立刻打电话问seller，seller说tank已经被挪走了，会给我们提供文件。
今天seller的律师发信过来说，tank没有被挪走，只提供了前任房主decommission这个
tank的文件。
这个房子以前用oil，后来改用gas了，前任房主在92年的时候找了专门的人
decommission了这个underground oil tank，检查清理过，然后填了沙。现在的卖家是
95年买的这个房子，估计他们没在意这个问题，所以没有在disclosure statement里提
这个问题。当我们问到的时候，他们也以为被挪走了，然后去找前任房主的文件，才发
现tank还在。
现在搞得我们很郁闷，我们觉得这个underground oil tank始终是个隐患，填了沙，不
代表就100％没污染，而且以后卖房这个tank也是个问题。我们是想让sell
