是国内说的刑事罪，必须要坐监牢。 civil offence，就是国内说的民事罪，可以用钱

‘法拉利跑车深夜拦腰撞上德士的交通事故，驾驶法拉利的马驰（31岁）相信并非酒后
驾驶，肇祸原因与酒精无关。警方发出的文告说，警方也将对马驰遗留的血液进行毒物
检验，以确定他的血液里是否含有致醉物质。据了解，目前没有迹象显示马驰在闯祸前

however, after pull out your record, find out you are 2nd offence..
so he have to issue u a ticket.
BTW, it's 75 first offence, maybe 150 2nd one.. and 3rd one will be way
higher..
you are lucky.. if in CA, your cost will be over 1000. |
