date 是警察接报的date. 但报告上有Occured on, 是实际发生的时间
8/30 周四傍晚，饭店吃喝玩乐，发票网上爆了，但出事其实是在过了午夜。强东应该
是喝大了，酒后乱性
8/31 周五凌晨1点，是报告上强奸发生的时间 （occured on)。强东这时打了生命中最
贵的一炮
9/1 下午 1点，距事发24小时多，被害人应该是下定决心报案了。但当中隔了很多时间
，不知道证据还能保全吗。 这个时间报告上是 offence date, 也就是警方

9/1 下午 应该是5点左右警方开始逮捕行动，至晚上11点送入监狱

首先声明, 我不代表其他文艺二叔.
和春晚一样, 从80年代中开始我表里如一, 从来没说过不再看春晚和不再看奥运会这样
的话, 我也一直坚持看, 一直看到关于他们的负面报道, 但还是一直看. 我觉得自己的
智商和情商没有因为看他们显出低, 或者变得更低.
人生有种状态, 就是选择性关注美好, 而选择性忽略不美好的东西. 春晚确实有过小品
都不忍看的几次, 但起码还有歌舞杂技可以看.
其实不美好的东西往往也只是一种drama, 有时甚至是杯具类的抓马. (此处略去例子无
数) 人生就是在抓马中成长成熟嘛.
有人说现在比赛没意思了, 现在比赛成绩的取得都是因为这个和那个所以没意思, 金牌
没什么意思, 中国这么重视奥运会没什么意思. (此处略去一一反驳若干) 二叔不禁要

他妹妹就是同性恋婚姻支持者，她却口口声声全家反对同性恋婚姻。

去专门买把枪用来自杀的统计数据我没有，虽然我觉得这种非冲动性的自杀用枪这么痛
苦和难看的方式的不太符合情理。
我没有篡改原文，只是加以注解，数据在那里，你可以做你自己的理解。普通暴力犯罪
率美国和其他国家一样高，但杀人率比其他国家高7倍，你可以理解成如果没有枪的话
这杀人比例都会更高。

英国1997年之后将手枪禁掉，从此成为真正意义上的民众广泛无枪国，这算是大家都知
道的历史了。但是禁枪之后，犯罪率不降反升，短短十数载，已然成为泰晤士报和BBC
乃至全英国悲叹的“欧洲暴力犯罪率最高的国家”。
原因很简单，少了民众的武力制衡，暴徒就泛滥，犯罪成本极大的降低了，可能有枪的
民众歹徒侵犯之前要好好掂量一下自己的斤两，但是现在没枪了，胆子立刻肥了起来，
以前要在黑市花大价钱买枪才敢做的案子，三五英镑买把西瓜刀就能得手了。很可能也
是很多图表和统计上英国枪击案比例渐渐下降的原因——禁枪多年，再加上年年收缴，
百姓别说有枪，连枪是什么都快忘记了，杀鸡又何需用牛刀，子弹也比刀子贵啊。
同时伴随的却是暴力犯罪率的整体迅速上升，由以青少年一代蛊惑仔一样的犯罪盛行发
