我不觉得人民手中的枪会必然引起动乱，就像有武装力量（比如军队）不会必然引起暴
动一样。人民武装的好处就是最后的防线。因为在最糟糕的情况之一下，从paperwork
上，当权者可以把其他的情况都搞定。三权分立，它把其它两个蛇鼠一窝地全部搞定。
把选举rig了，人民无法选掉它，同时也不能impeach它了。比如有些统治者比如萨达姆
和金正日都号称是99%或者100%的人民支持。人民如果被剥夺了最后的防线--手里的枪
，无论怎么劣质总好过赤手空拳，你怎么整？
至于枪被坏人拿到手里，枪杀无辜。我认为这是无法完全避免。因为人类社会不是精密
的机器，总会有错误。总有坏人+神经病。或者好人和正常人转坏人或者神经病。而没
有枪，这些人会用其他手段来为非作歹。
把人民的武装剥夺了不是解决方案。只会把让坏人的势力更膨胀，而且更缺少制衡。
