有5度,这一点点的温度的落差很难让很干的空气变成过饱和而形成condensation。 2.
形成condensation另外一个条件是:seeds or nucleus,因为南极太干净了,而缺少象
陆地形成condensation 足够的seeds:越有seeds,越容易形成condensation。当然
seed的大小会控制condensation的大小,所以有时会形成液滴,有时会是水汽, 也就
这个道理。

your protein to the solution, but not chromatin DNA.
(2) if your protein accumulates in nucleus but not sticks to DNA, you can

for the second step, 0.5% NP40 for 10 min, wash 2x, save pellet this time.
this should be very clean nucleus.
I mean 1 min and 10 min are very extreme examples. |

I got another problem for Image J. My boos asked me to score TUNEL staining
for apoptosis, that means I need to score almost 1000 DAPI (nucleus) to see
among them how many TUNEL positive cell according to her. That is a lot of
scoring under microscope.
I wonder whether I can take images and use Image J to score DAPI (I just
need to score TUNEL).
Is there anyone knows how to use Image J to score DAPI?
