务一个客人的expectation就应该是20%-30%。如果dealer见到的多数客人都在讲价，那
这就是social norm，就是expected behavior，不觉得这些买家有任何什么教育教养等
等你拽的这些问题。如果你对客人的expectation就是msrp+买你车，如果你这么诟病中
国买家，还来这个论坛干啥？就不要那么勉强卖给中国人了嘛，都卖给msrp+的客人好
了。可以试试你这样卖车多久不被fire。
其实我是支持tesla这种直销模式的，中间加dealer不但增加了成本又complicate the
