我们的收入x5足够贷款额了，银行的loan officer也挺nice，可今天收到officer转的
borrower发的通知（notice of incomplete）。
NOI上要我们出示现在住的这套房的lease和deposit
我们就这一套房，如果我们租出去了，我们住哪里啊，完全是刁难人吗
如果我们不出示这些东西，是不是贷款基本就批不下来了？
loan officer一般是跟站在我们这边的，还是borrower那边的？ |

各省通常有自己的比赛选拔省队，直到95年出了noip，各省的省赛才开始统一时间统一
试题了。
我们省开展的比较早，分小学、初中、高中组。通常是高中组的前两名+初中组的第一
名+高中女生第一名组成省队参加noi。noi要求各省代表队至少一个女生，也挺有意思

noi各省差距巨大。西北诸省的选手，有些连回溯都没听说过。东南诸省牛叉很多。
noi特别悲催的是只有清华计算机系去招生，只招top 15。我毛都没捞着的回去了。很
悲愤。
后来听说物理竞赛只要进了决赛t2就招，就憋了大半年搞物理竞赛。最后决赛名次其实
跟noi的差不多，但因为是人就要，然后去了物理系。
然后发现这个专业前景很不妙，更悲愤了…… |

advice to OP.
For example, in WA the laws says the NOI must be filed with 5 business days.
Now, if you didn't subpoena the officer and you go to the court all you
need to say if according to IRLJ, the NOI was not filed within 5 days and
you get a dismissal automatically. Now if the cop is there, he can tell the
judge he was busy in the past 5 days, and the judge will allow the
proceedings to continue.

数，象题目里面这个，本来就是装逼用的，不然可以说feast或者reception，所以有人
读原音，可以理解。
好笑的是，即使是英美，在转音上也不一定一致。比如herbal，里面h发不发音？按照
当年罗马人的意思，都得按罗马音来，当然是不发。后来英伦自己的贵族教士也是不发
的，这个词又不是装逼词，不用双轨制，就是上层和下层都要用的词，但各自发音不一
样。下层根本不用这个词，所以没有转音。但到了近代，平民中出现了小资，美国叫中
产，开始装逼用这个词了，当时又是印刷品时代，小资是从书上认识这个词的，于是h
开始发音。最后除了少数躲在城堡里面被人民吓得瑟瑟发抖的爵爷及其仆从，都发h音
。这时候字典也是新兴资产阶级写的了，要为人民鼓与呼，于是教科书上都h发音。
很多阴蒂殖民地都h发音了，不幸的是，美国独立早，没有赶上这波。等到老美有空坐
下来装逼时，呵呵，广播时代已经开始了。全国人民都正确的发出二伯这个最强音！这
