(back in 2009 in bay area) in the past. If you know the oil change costs $
500 then you certainly also know NO ONE drives it every day. Most of owners
drive less than 5000 miles a yr, and sold them when less than 20K miles.
The 7 yrs program covers everything, and I don't think the newer Ferraris

only need to change it every 3 month. Some newer thermostat actually keep
track how many hours it runs and suggest you change the filter when a total
of hours is reached.
Some older house have a filter at each 出风口 or return air vent. You should
replace them when they get dirty. (since the amount of filter surface area
are increased, it should take longer to get dirty) |

We found several good ones but they all have their own advantages.
the realtor chose to show us the newer ones which are built after 1997. but
we found one that were built in 1984, everything is pretty nice except it is
about 15 yrs older than the other ones. the other ones were newer but at
relatively unfavorable locations. the sq ft and price is comparable though.

降的硬道理。出来一看房顶，哈！主屋还好，车库上的shingle像是刺猬猬,凸凹不平，
斑驳一片。也不知雨水流进去了没有。买下来肯定把我钱袋烧个大窟窿（虽然买房子就
被先掏干）。有人奇怪为什么不修好了再卖：房主可能没钱，怕麻烦；市场这么Hot,可

school system is bad. Framingham's housing price could be higher if it has a
better school
system.
What about newer Natick single family and newer Wellesley/newton townhouse?
I think it will be in your price range. But the commute will not be easy for

into Boston. You can try to find somewhere you can take the T to go into
Boston instead of driving. |

line to the city. The house in Bridge water and hillsboro is relatively
cheaper and newer compare to many northern towns. There is one community in
bridgewater, southwest of easton tp/rt 28. there are a lot of newer homes
for sale there but the back yard are usually small. |

free parking.

should be more choices in new providence.

For gas-powered vehicles the 1976 model year is the earliest model year
vehicle required to participate in the biennial Smog Check Program. Vehicles
six years old and newer are not required to participate in the biennial
Smog Check Program. For diesel-powered vehicles 1998 model year and newer 14
,000lbs and less are subject to the biennial Smog Check Program. The six
year exemption does not apply to diesel vehicles.
