transmission is designed by GM and Ford. Because GM is very good at
transmission, the new six-speed transmission is very good. Ford also
installed a huge transmission cooler and it helps too. My Edge has a huge
cooler too although I don't have the towing package. I think ford's infamous
transmission will become history. |

96年toyota camry LE V6
125k miles
我和ld都是新手，要买车考驾照……
平时用车不会太多，主要就是买菜,一两年后带带小孩
家到学校也不过就2 miles不到，估计ld也不会经常开，公交车不少
只希望车牢靠一些可以撑个4年直到毕业
今天去看了这个车
感觉还Ok，菜鸟也看不出什么异样
坐里边和坐别人的车也没啥区别，同去的开同款车的同学觉得还不错
前挡风玻璃上可能是小石头磕的有两个小坑，买的话要换玻璃，适当
砍个三百来块吧，车后侧有个dent，说停车场碰的，漆掉了点，上了一点锈，
需要的话也稍微整整，ld说不care。。
现在我想送去mechanic看一下有没什么大问题，不知道是否有这个必要呀？
毕竟还是个便宜二手车。。。
或者还有什么关键问题我需要特别注意的？
还是说根本不值得买？

does not help car.
You should follow the owner's manual, most car should be 7500 if regular oil
is used, if you only drive in city (no high way), change every 5000 is more
than enough.
The Oil life indicator is based on very complicated calculation, mostly your
driving habit, short frequent trip will shorten it, long highway cruise
will lengthen it, temperature, how many engine starts, etc. are all used.

The only potential real problem was HPFP failures, but that's has to do
with the engine, which is shared with 335, 535 etc. so not just 135i may
have that problem. The newer 2011 model with N55 may not have that problem
any more. |

compact sedans (civic, corolla, focus, elantra, matrix, Versa...). These
cars are too small and are not as safe as bigger cars. I sugguest you get a
2-3 yr old mid-size sedan (Malibu, Fusion, Taurus, Accord, Camry) or small
SUV (Forester, Escape, CRV, Rav-4, Vue...) These models have been shown to
have good reliability. Other newer models do not have much record history
yet. |

I end up got a 05 Dodge Caravan SE 100K $5K. My mechanics recommend Caravan
. He felt that Caravan generally is quite reliable and fixing is relatively
cheap. It had some whining when we got it, but the mechanics thought it
was minor power steering problem, and it has gone after he put some newer better
power steering fluid in. The van drives fairly nice and so far we are
happy with it. Hopefully it can last through for a couple of years without

to about 2004), they took very good care of this car. I am selling
this because we are getting a minivan and I don't need three cars.
This car drives great! I use it for long road travel and it does
great. I gave it a tune up about 20k ago. It has two new front tires
(only about 1000 miles on them), the back tires have more than 70%

When Kia ceases production of the seven-seat Sedona MPV in 2011, it will be the last version of the model to roll out as the manufacturer doesn't plan on replacing it with another model.

temporary. But was told the tire is around $80 to100 , and no match tire in
the store now.
