已经在这个lab查过血了，因为OB是in network的，没想到她让我去的lab
却是out of network的，我是收到bill才发现的。lab的人也没跟我说。
不知道这个bill能argue么？或者是我的OB在这个lab有agreement，但是
保险公司不知道？ |

.com上查的hospital，明明是在ppo network之内，现在claim的处理结果出来了，当做
out network来处理，这样自己要多出很多钱。跟公司打过好几次电话了，刚开始总说
他们不会误处理，等我解释半天后就说给我review，可是过了一个多月了也没有结果。
版上诸位有遇到过这种情况吗？该怎么处理？ |

我的保险是HMO的，一定要找network内的医生才能cover. 我在保险提供的网站上利用
那个“find a doctor"，找到了几个医生，结果打电话，人家说不接受这个保险。另外
，我以前的医生，我打电话问，说接受这个保险，但我在网站上根本没找到她的名字。
我要晕掉了。到底怎样才能判断一个医生是否在network内。如果一个医生接受这种保
险，是否意味着他就在这个保险的network内？
现在很烦，还有很多关于保险的问题。。。

OUT OF NETWORK 的医院CHARGE 我100块钱。
我的保险，因为是医院是OUT OF NETWORK 的， 有5块钱的DISCOUNT. 然后再按100-5=
95 块钱去算该付医院多少钱。
但是医院还是要按100 钱CHARGE 我， 根本不理5块钱的DISCOUUNT。
这个怎么处理？医院应不应该被强制接受5块钱的DISCOUNT？ |

学校带的aetna保险，cover拔智齿，但是所在地区in network里面没有oral surgeon接
受这个保险，最近的in network的接受此保险的医生在100迈之外，都是另一个城市了
，要是想在附近拔智齿就只能自费或者再买dental insurance。自己觉得这个不合理，
如果没有医生，保险公司的policy怎么可以列出来coverage。而且拔智齿也是很常见的
手术，保险公司没有医生实在不应该。由于还是学生，自费太贵了，2000刀，再买牙齿
保险也有limit，cover不掉2000刀。去out of network的医生那里做手术，还有1000刀
deductible。
请问一下版上的各位，这种情况怎么跟保险公司交涉，我打算想department of
insurance投诉，不知道能不能管用。 |

patients all the time." 但将保险公司的说法给他们一说他们又犹豫了，说会尽快联
系billing office以确认，下周一给我电话。
我搁下电话就直接打给医生的billing office了，他们第一反应也是当然在network内
，我们还接受＊＊＊和＊＊＊。但一讲保险公司的说法，他们就说那要提交一份内部的
review，下个礼拜3、4才知道准信。。。
楼上mm，那你的家庭医生给补上之后，中间这一个月找他的病人，还能给redeem／正常

看到很多人讨论拉关系，给人的感觉好像是只有中国讲关系，
好像老外很清纯，下面是我的一些感受，仅供参考。
拉关系在国外大概类似于networking, social，并且
很多时候这种的networking的餐会是需要注册交费的。
国外更鼓励拉关系，你可以看看自己周围的老外里面
是不是能说会道的比例比中国留学生的比例大。
国外拉关系更多时候在明处，打个比方，如果你开发了一种
技术，你很清楚这个技术可以应用于某个公司的产品，但是
你和那个公司没有任何联系，这时候，你就可以找到类似于
拉关系的人，这个人可能是那个公司CEO的golf球友，这样
你就可以和他谈条件，如果可以把你的技术介绍给CEO，
一次性给5000元，如果他可以帮助你安排和CEO开会，
报酬可能是1万。或者，如果他能够帮助你达成协议，可以得到
公司的5%的股份。这些都是可以谈在 |

network doctors, the difference is out-of-pocket expense whereas it's much
lower for in-network doctors.
United Health Care is generally PPO plans. You have the flexibility of go
to any doctors without to have to go through referral by primary care
physician first. The downside is that out-of-pocket is generally higher for
PPO plans.

接？应该不是domain machine 吧。network event 会trigger re identifying。如果
是wireless lan (802.11)，uncheck "Connect to a more preferred network if
available". 如果你同时用wwan连接(broad band network)，这个已经在sp1 fix 了。
如果都不行，建议你用另一台机器连同一个网络看一下。 |
