发帖数: 322 | 18 跟你有过类似的经历，我也是从一个医学院的soft money position转到现在一个hard
money position，当初也是跟你一样的考虑，但现在的认识跟那时候有所变化。其实你
去了大学也会有一些其他的uncertainties，在研究所里，大部分时间都是纯粹在做研
究，而在大学，至少在前几年里，你工作内容会跟研究所有很大的不同，很多时间你都
会花在研究以外的事情上，比如teaching，现在想想看，真不见得那个会更好些。
你要想early tenure的话，有些问题你也要考虑，很多学校对early tenure会卡的比较
严，尽管你的research很强，你的teaching performance如何？你的service能不能短
时间内跟上？这些在评early tenure的时候都有可能被人拿来做话柄。还有就是你的
funding可以跟着你走么？还剩几年？这些问题都决定了你想要early tenure的时候的
negotion power。
另外AP不见得是一件坏事，如果你能确保提前上T的话，很多学校在promotion的时候工

如果是短期探亲，可以把常用药备好。万一有情况去看urgent care,
费用可能比ER便宜些。再有就是任何单据都让父母签字，以后可以和
医院negoticate费用，证明父母收入低什么的，听说多数情况都是可
以打折的。

application.
$23/hr is low, push them for ~$27, don't worry, they have plenty of room for
negotication. they'll not withdraw the offer since you've passed the
interview. if you don't go, they get nothing and have to start recruiting
another one (cost, cost, cost)...
~$27 is just a "safe" number for now, push for more after 6 months or some
other perks like PTOs. don't sound to them like you want to stay with ur LG
"so much" and l |

1. Seller agent (listing broker) commission is the contract between the
seller and the agent. it can be any percentage as long as the two reach an
agreement. Usually around 5% as I know.
2. The listing broker only split commission with buyer agent, normally 50%
evenly, but sometimes, the buyer agent gets less percentage (will written on
the listing clearly)
3. As a buyer, even you represent yourself, you can only negot |

Redfin provides service for the seller, isn't. Sorry I don't pay much
attention to Renfin.
The relation between the buyer and the buyer's agent is different from the
one between the seller and listing agent.
In the case of listing, it's the negotation between the agent and the seller
. So whatever the listing fee, it's between you two. |

I checked the DWSimpson salary survey and found out the
offer is lower than the median number for two exams passed
without experience.
I heard from other employee in the company that they always

原定3个小时和3个supervisors各面试1个小时，但是前2个就2个半小时，然后director
出现，想带上几个主管一起到外面吃个午饭，顺便和我谈谈，我想大概是临时决定来把
把关吧。主要是看重method development经验，关心如何处理team work,t谈谈自己的
长处，又问觉得自己有何弱点(这当然是圈套不能自己招供).要给出具体的经历关于现
在的工作。举出自己的实际例子来说明自己troubleshooting能力，如何处理和主管的
分歧，为啥要离开现在的单位，自己的职业目标是啥，怎样处理来自客户的要求，最后
都问有啥问题想问(当然要事先想好几个问题再根据具体情况问不同的问题).说到最后
，嘴都不听使唤了。来到机场候机，回到家得半夜1点了，明天还上班，中午还有一个
电面，好累，感觉不错，可惜不是跟着我的感觉走，完了就完了，该准备下一个了，谢
