发帖数: 2828 | 5 随便聊聊我拍今年防守的一个变化。听说包包的Capers是zone blitz专家，也想听听胖
熊对zone blitz利弊的看法。
前几年，我拍base D是4-3, sub package是非常vanilla的dime/nickel package。因为
二线孱弱，极少用safety/LB blitz QB，基本就是俩个DE Jones/Nink edge rush。由
于两人的snap count惊人的高（95%+)，基本到第四节/赛季末尾都没油了。
今年在主力Mayo/Jones受伤后，小鸡捡回俩路人甲LB Ayers和Casillas，不得已祭出一
个4-2-5的怪阵。一方面是因为没有真正的MLB，这俩+Collins+Hightower+Nink原来都
是打OLB的，也没有像野马二人组那样的pass rush专家，只能想办法通过scheme弥补
talent的不足。另外一方面是这几个人都是小鸡喜欢的多面手，能打OLB也能客窜DE，
说好听点是versatile, 说难听点就是没有什么特长精通。

prior to the race. With 10 months of training, anyone should be able to
attain the pace requirement I suggested.
Yes, there are a few who can run 7 or 7:30 and we will some cushion, but all
it takes is a couple of people who are not trained properly and burn out at
later stage of the race to negate all that. When you are burned out, 13 or
14 pace is not unheard of.

the hand right there. If you want to use position, then don't blow up the
pot preflop without planning to go all the way (your chance of hitting K is
not often enough to make this profitable). The deeper the stack is, the more

hand is negating your advantage.

，logic，psychology的论述。你的打法在probability上不一定最优，但是你logic缜
密，reading ability又强，beat live 1/2是没问题的。我觉得你这打法比那种过分强
调range analysis, risk/reward的打法有更大的EV，因为大多数1/2的人post flop过
于passive，raise，3bet太少，再加上一些tell，你能把他们的牌narrow down很窄的
范围，这样你就能有效的控制风险，同时可用aggression获得很大的fold equity或者
negate你在位置上的disadvantage。不过当你升级到2/5或者5/10,你要小心点，桌上的
人不是那么好read，大家打得都比较凶，你现在的风格就有可能要进行调整。
再随便说说你们的争吵，我见过这位女牌友，人很随和，也不ego。不过lziueng你也要

写不出其他朋友的精彩游记和总结。上来说一些零零碎碎的tips。作为更新和补充，希
望对大家有用。
1，如何计划：买买提和华人上，精彩的帖子太多了。可以学到很多。不过我是懒人，
信息太多了，看了再总结反而觉得有点混乱。自己的体会是，蓝宝书绝对是必须的。非
常实用高效。哪怕光看蓝宝书，也完全足够了。
2，去什么岛？确实像版上人说的:
maui：最好，最全面，最适合各种活动。最适合第一次去夏威夷。
oahu：第一次去，基本上就是为了：waikiki,PCC,peral harbor,shopping。有一些漂
亮的drive way。比较适合带小孩，老人的。因为这里的snorkerling等活动比较初级。
3，坐什么船出海玩？这是我最想回答的问题。呵呵。maui的pacific whale fundation
！原因是：
a，蓝宝书推荐排名第三。可是第一第二都不去turtle town，而turtle town的珊瑚，
鱼要比monoiki多得多，也要漂亮很多。当然还有海龟。
