这个东西多用有副作用吗？有人说他们给的药水会有激素成分，是真的吗？医生说如果
他呼吸急促，咳嗽不断，就给喷0.25ml，如果没有明显的很不舒服的感觉，就不要给，
我怎么觉得听上去像是会有依赖性的一种治疗手段阿？宝宝现在咳嗽还好，不影响睡觉
，吃的下，还很多，所以从昨天起暂时还没给上。如果没有什么副作用的话，我就给他

有点哮喘似的症状，去找医生，医生说是什么病毒引起的肺部气管收缩，
导致呼吸急促，像是哮喘，还说由于是病毒，没啥能做的，抗生素没用。
就是让用nebulizer 给吸点能扩张肺管的药，帮助改善呼吸，
昨天还在医院呆了一晚上观察，
医生说这个季节挺常见，我们家没有哮喘历史，孩子两岁多
也第一次有这种症状。
请问各位家长有类似经验吗？ |

我觉得我spacer用的挺好，按得很紧，都等15秒钟的，肺部医生让我在娃身上示范过，
说不错的，这个问题我也百思不得其解啊，我们的儿科医生，急诊碰到的5，6个医生都
说spacer和nebulizer效果一样，用的好甚至更好，可是我姐姐，这里几个妈妈，急诊
的几个护士，昨天的值班儿科医生说nebulizer好，好困惑，问题是机器我没有啊，医
生说给我order，几周也没下文，距我观察，这俩对弟弟效果都不怎么样啊，应该是对药
不敏感？他就用完
呼噜声没变啊，连用两次nebulizer也没奇效，但是他的含氧一直都挺好，这药升心跳
到有奇效，能到200啊，机器嘟嘟嘟的响，护士说没事，弟弟的心脏比我们的强大，200
受得了。。。。不过药还是停了，也快完了，5555555

My son used to be like this when he was about 2~4. He caught a cold when he
was in daycare and then somehow developed to "brochiolitis" 毛细支气管炎
And then when his lung got cold or some virus landed on him, he caughed day
and night (about once every 1 to 5 minutes).
Our pediatrician prescribed a nebulizer and some medicines (Xeponex and
Pulmicort) for him, and each time when my son was caughing, we used

我们儿医不建议用带decongestant和cough suppressant的药，都有
副作用。只有孩子晚上咳到没法睡觉的时候建议用。咳出来比较好。
我们有次也是咳嗽老不好，检查了肺没问题，查了也没有过敏，然后
用nebulizer吸雾一段时间，慢慢就好了。
鼻塞的话，儿医建议大量的生理盐水滴到鼻子里，软化鼻涕后或者
吸出来或者吞下去都可以。 |

machine worked. so it is not the matter of spacer vs nebulizer. these will
not work on her kid's' 喉咙里呼噜呼噜的声音', as these 呼噜呼噜的声音'are

我的神啊，弟弟耳朵发炎了啊，我的神啊。。。听到这个消息，我很艰难的忍住没在儿
科医生面前笑起来啊，天啊，盼望已久的抗生素有了啊，我兴奋的啊，医生出去，我抱

上周一哥哥弟弟都开始有点Fussy，脾气暴躁，周二早上哥哥说耳朵疼，在家吐了，送
到幼儿园又吐了，老师说哥哥面如死灰，带着看儿科医生（跟弟弟一个儿科医生），两
个耳朵都发炎了。。。周二弟弟也开始感冒症状，流鼻涕，咳嗽，扣耳朵，扣嘴巴，
Fussy，低烧。。。周三更严重了，开始听上去呼噜呼噜，外婆反复跟我说宝宝扣耳朵
，揪耳朵，应该也中招了，发烧，给吃了一次药退烧药，效果不明显。。。周四立刻看
儿科医生，先是实习医生很仔细很仔细的看了耳朵，说没事，她跟儿科医生说了一通，
儿科医生再看就也说没事，有点红而已，可能是弟弟见到他哭得，耳朵里有耳屎，没给
掏，都说Wheeze很轻微，让回家自己喷药扛着，几天不好再来看。。。周五弟弟相当的

给上了平喘药没有任何效果，没有解决人家的问题，人家楼主问的是呼鲁呼鲁的声音咋
回事，某些专业非路人的人士一个劲地建议nebulizer或pulmicort via nebulizer，就
是要给人家治喘，完全忽略楼主的chief complaint。最后孩子都被诊断为中耳炎了，
还让问人家有没有看过敏科。赞，你真是太专业了，太不路人了，太不无厘头了。

that means it's working. on the other hand, you recommendation of nebulizer
treatment doesnot work. the baby has received nebulizer treatment but still

店又关门了，又没有严重到去ER的地步，联系一下最近的消防局，他们好像都有
nebulizer machine,可以去那里暂时借用一下。 |

感冒看完医生就得上Nebulizer的药, 有时加上Inhaler的药.
夏天都没得啥病以为好了呢, 冬天到了一感冒又开始用了, 但是按医生说恢复得比小时
侯快, 频率也调低了, 也算是一定程度的grow out吧.
小孩爷爷很不赞成用Nebulizer, 觉得消毒会不干净. 我要尊医嘱就等同挑战爷爷作为
医生的权威, 最后的妥协是尊医嘱用药, 所有零件除了管子外都用热水洗后酒精擦, 然
后浸在放酒精纱布的玻璃盒里. 小朋友用的时候那个鼻子皱得真是... |

coughed at night when he was sleeping. We took him to the doctor and the
doctor gave us a nebulizer with some kind of liquid medicine. He didn't
have to take the medicine - just had to put the medicine in the nebulizer
and let him breathe the mist. That really work wonders. You should ask the
doctor for it.
Many babies we know have it as well. |

treatment了,如果没有nebulizer,有的娃也可以用albuterol inhaler pump connected
with spacer with mask.
Q4-6H as needed for persistent cough, SOB, or wheezing.
如果很严重,给了一次后不管用的话,20分钟后可以再给一次,如果还不管用,直接去ER吧

求了。昨天，newbie，龟龟， 和我 都按照nebulous的皮条指南安装了mIRC,但是在加
入findscrim channel时，总是被告知can't join channel。我们也没琢磨出个原因来
。 有人知道是咋回事?
另附nebulous的指南
1. 下载一个破解版的mIRC。如果不是破解版的，只能试用一个月
2. 下载安装完毕后，启动mIRC。首先出现的是一个选项设置对话框(mIRC Options)。
在Full Name里填上一个注册名（相当于你的注册账户名），在Email Address里填写一
个信箱地址，在Nickname里填写一个你在频道里要用的ID(你在频道里出现的时候，就
是显示这个ID)，Alternative是一个backup的ID,以防在某个频道里会出现和你一样的
ID(这个没啥用).填写完毕后，就点OK。第一次填写之后，mIRC会向你上面注册的信箱
里发一封确认信。
3. 收到确认信后，按照确认信里的instruction，到mIRC里确 |
