有化的提议方面，正与金融顾问银湖资本（Silver Lake）、高盛以及法律顾问
Wachtell、Lipton、Rosen&Katz和Munger, Tolles & Olson合作，对此感到兴奋。

能下跌20%。
周二，在股市开盘前，特斯拉的股价下跌了3%，因为美国证交会指控马斯克在未经董事
会事先批准的情况下在微博网站Twitter上发布有关该公司的重大信息，这违反了他们
去年就证券欺诈指控案达成的和解协议。
