cheese种类太多，去grocey的deli 一样一样的吃过去才知道
哪一种最好吃。初学者推荐半硬的swiss, Provolone，Munster。
软的Camembert 和brie。Cheddar 也行，我个人不喜欢Cheddar 。
不推荐american cheese，基本上是crap。 |

基本内容是，你打酱油的水平太低，律师说了要在chicago tribune 还有个什么大报纸
还有munster 还有一个政府部门的网站上post招聘广告。
我问：全要？还是选几个？ 老板回答：全要！（我算了算 有5-6个 还包括公司内部
网）
我当时就有点无语，你这么搞，谁的工作能说是就他一个人能做，其他人做不了的？！
我承认我的工作是有点酱油，没什么老美做不了的，但是我在去年的时候把公司的一个
英文培训课程翻译成中文了，我就想，那你广告上说要能翻译的不就少了很多竞争。
我老板说，job description上会要求能说中文的，不能要求会翻译，因为我也是没经
验，只是后来在工作中积累的。这个我70%理解，那我不写要经验，写有能力行么？
老板的顾虑是这样一招聘，万一有几百个人应聘，他handle不了啊。
老板说，目前计划是把我培训的有竞争力一些，酱油少打点。 我是不介意这个，但是

1 打广告一定要在一些规定的报纸上打么，有数量要求么？律师跟老板说要在Chicago
Tribune 和另外一个报纸 以及Munster和公司网站上都要打广告60天。
2 不知道我的理解对不对，在写job description的时候，为了避免不能用在现在岗位
上累计的经验，（我进公司的时候0经验），就把有bla bla的经验 改成能bla bla。
有没有人case不是很strong 现在perm也过了的啊 给我点信心吧。。。。。。 |
