去年就有一着没一落的投，开始找本地的，本地有相关职位的只有屈指可数几家。有的
职位感觉是打绿卡广告的，背景经验很MATCH但投了毫无回音，现在网上还挂着。。
年初找MS的兄弟投了一下，电话面试SCREW UP了。很离奇但是碰上了：（
五月初投了版上某热心网友发布的职位，公司和方向都很满意，就是过程很慢，一个半
月最后搞定。面试是半天跟一个PANEL，五个工程师和一个HR。基本都是问简历上做过
的东西。事先对他们的产品和面试官做了点功课，谈的比较投机。白版CODING也很简单
，一个小印考的，问了点基础C语法。
ON－SITE完一个有联系的RECRUITER又开始联系我，是MI的一家公司，但处理的很慢，
电面约到下周，拿到OFFER就CANCEL掉了。同时本地的一个START－UP又很神奇的有了
OPEN，约吃午饭,也老老实实据掉了。。。
经验：NETWORKING非常非常重要。简历一定要真实，做过的项目大概过一遍，很多面试

求内推软件工作，目前在湾区实习（MSEE），语言熟悉的有C++， Python和Perl（没办
法，原来做硬件的，perl是各大硬件公司的流行scripting language），之前学过数据
结构与算法，目前正在复习和学习，对系统很熟（OS， computer architecture），
parallel programming还行，发过两篇hardware security的paper。。。我是不是还应
该去学学java和做点和网页有关的小项目？刚来湾区学了Perl，学习编程语言还是很快
的。
