We are looking for fresh or experienced circuit designers, with very
attractive package. The location will be San Diego, CA, one of the best
places to live in the states.
The successful candidate will be involved in definition, design,
simulation, layout supervision, characterization and release to production
of high-performance state of the art BiCMOS integrated circuits used in
portable device power management, audio and interface applications,
including the following:
* Interface circuits
* I2C, SPI, USB
* Class D
* Bandgaps and references
* High Performance Amplifiers
* Temperature sensors
* Digital-to-analog converters
* Charge Pumps
* LDO
* Switching Regulators
Requirements:
* BSEE with 5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC
development or an MSEE/Ph.D. degree with 3+ years of experience in
analog or mixed-signal IC development, regulator related application is
preferred.
* Hands-on design experience with BiCMOS/CMOS mixed-voltage custom
circuit designs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Must possess strong intuitive and analytical understanding of
transistor-level design, stability and noise analysis.
* Must understand placement and layout issues with respect to
mixed-signal IC design.
* BJT and reference design experience.
We are also looking for a software engineer, who has 3+ years hand-on
experience on PMU/PMIC driver development/production delivery. |
