在版上看了建议，在国内办了户口公证，刚刚打算打印label寄过去，发现地址是
Saipan, MP。。。

请问有人收到过寄到这个岛上的嘛？查了半天页没查到这个地方是呀，，有点担心暂时
不敢寄了。。。

至少有7-8名印度巴基斯坦移民当选MP. 其中很多是出生在那里并在那里接受教育，
成人后移民加拿大。
最有趣的是夫妻印度MP当选，他们是Nina and Gurmant Grewal in BC.
参选的印巴人就更多了，包括Markham 的Joe Li (此人的人品不大好的，幸亏没选上) |

刚搞了把wheel gun，考虑再入手一把semi-auto,在看Glock 21, springfield .
45,和 S&W MP系列。
英文坛子看，说Glock超级reliable，但听说Glock的triger会让人不舒服，还有就是枪
柄设计不够科学导致瞄准比较累什么的。说XD好的一大堆，MP的评价都比较中肯。

Lactate threshold: 77% - 88% heart rate reserve
Marathon Pace: 73% - 84% heart rate reserve
这个很好理解，LT pace并不是一个固定的值，而是一个范围，只要心跳在这个范围内
训练，都会有适量Lactate积累，进而锻炼到对Lactate的耐抗力。而所谓的tempo pace
则大致上和最快的LT pace重合。
88% HR reserve远超MP的HR范围，以这个心跳（前半程稳定下来的心跳）是绝对不可能
跑完26.2mi的。甚至84% HR reserve也是非常的难，只有高手才能做到。
为什么MP变成了LT，可能有几个原因:
1. gym里太闷热
2. 跑步机不准
3. fitness下降，需要重新build endurance。 |

由MP+20% work down to MP+10%。对于你8:25MP应该是10:10->9:20.你达到了。
16迈左右的，我看你第三迈就开始push，有超过10迈在8:30左右

但是 我的力量不够， 反正击球的感觉很好 ， 但是动作 和 力量一定要足
rds500也打过 太软了 比 rdis100 还软 ，反正我大不了
我现在打 wilson kpro tour 也觉得不错 还有 head youtek speed 16×19
你自己demo一下就知道了 |

Head Microgel Radical MP都是20x18，98sq in的拍面。这里十分困惑，难道是Head在

发帖数: 30533 | 41 昨天比赛第一盘打到一半，Wilson Sting断线，于是只好翻出快1年没用过的
LM Radical MP.
第一感觉那叫轻啊，呵呵。从12.6 oz切换到11.2 oz的后果。
第二感觉力量那叫大阿。从8 pt head light/mid 85切换到4 pt head light/
MP 95/more stiff的后果。正手反手都出界无数，尤其以前一打一个准的半场
正手球，昨天至少出界了50%。。。但是也有好处，首先一发力量好大，其次
防守容易了，不少被压在底线的球偶随便一抡就已相同的速度回了过去，另
对手比较痛苦。
第三感觉spin那叫多阿。95拍面和85拍面看来就是不一样。有不少球偶可以看
出邱落地后弹得高于落地前轨迹最高点。二发也相对容易得多。另外加上拍子
轻，偶甚至打出了一记wind wiper forehand，以前从来没有成功过的（重拍
子甩不动）。
第四感觉slice那叫难啊。偶的Wilson Sting才17mm frame, 跟个刀片似的。
现在换成21mm的Radical, 立刻frame无数。这个再次验证了偶当年对Radical
最不适应的地方。不知道加重 |

。我两快类似的拍子，一块flexpoint L4 radical MP, 一块DNX9，后者16*19，明显打
上旋爽很多。拍面都98，重量也差不多，现在线也一样，都是gamma zo twist什么的。 |
