你看德国好了,从来就是manufacturing出口的,为什么?因为那些都是premium的产品.
美国现在的情况就是烂人懒人太多, 20million illegal immigrant, mow lawn是可以,
但需要高技术工人的时候这种人一点用也没有.
所以要改革教育制度和移民制度, 把illegal immigrant先赶出去.然后扩大H-1B的年度
配额.进行教育改革, 这样才有出路. low skill的还是会outsource,但要focus on
premium product.
当然现在不可能这么做,因为latino也是疤蟆的票仓,所以有这么多人失业咯.

因为这些非法移民都是low skilled worker, 而美国现在不需要low skilled worker.
美国现在失业的一个重大原因是structure上的问题, 简单说就是low skilled/cost的
工作都被外包. 而这些low skilled worker还没有办法转成那些high skilled worker.
实际上即使现在失业率这么高,还是有很多high skilled position找不到人. 要改变
,一个是re-education,但这个需要时间和钱.美国现在的教育制度很失败. 另外一个快
速的是进口high skilled worker,就是通过H-1b. 如果你看USA today, 你会看到一篇
文章说很多H1b的高技术人才因为签证问题都回他们自己的国家,而且还把他们的美国技
术雇员带走. 现在的h1-b政策非常糟糕.
所以这些非法移民来了只能造成更多失业,更多人吃社会福利. 就像我和很多老美说的:
