的业务，关闭在上海和迪拜的商品业务办公室并裁减10%左右的商品团队员工，大约涉
及30-35人。
就在前几年大宗货品交易还门庭若市，各大银行都在纷纷拥入。在大宗货品交易蓬勃发
展的2002年到2007年间，所有投资银行的利润总和达到了150亿美元。但从那之后该数
据一路下跌至70到80亿美元。
此次全球原材料市场最大的玩家之一的Morgan Stanley缩减大宗货品交易业务，昭示现
在银行都开始对这个业务避之不及。
相较于此前巴克莱银行和德意志银行在大宗货品交易方面所进行的裁员和业务退出的规
模而言，Morgan Stanley的动作并不算大。此前包括法国农业信贷银行和UBS在内的数
家银行都几乎彻底关停了他们的大宗货品交易。

2. LME本身就是国际投行控制的赌场，这个从股本结构就可以看出来。在HKEX以巨额溢
价（收购前一年普通股价不到5英镑，而HKEX的出价是100多英镑）收购LME普通股之前
，JP Morgan，高盛，巴克莱，德意志银行等等，都是LME的最大股东。HKEX出价14亿英
镑，光是JP Morgan和高盛这两个最大股东（普通股）的持股价值就达到2.83亿英镑了
。而高盛所持的价值1.32亿英镑的股份，其中有三分之一（3230万英镑），是只用了
150万英镑就买到的。也就是说，香港买办拿出几十倍的溢价来收购花街主子的股票。
3. 从上面股东结构也可以看出，所谓西方公正透明的交易所，本身就是老千开赌场，
黑白通吃。像高盛和JP Morgan这样的投行，本身既是LME的最大交易主体，又是LME的
最大股东，对交易规则拥有发言权。别国公司在这种黑店里做交易，不赔钱才怪。但是
在卖国洋奴的眼里，西方交易所却成了公平的天使。

A consortium led by private-equity firm Carlyle Group (CG.O) and Chinese
conglomerate Citic Group Corp has neared a deal to buy McDonald's Corp's (
MCD.N) stores in China and Hong Kong for up to $3 billion, a source with
direct knowledge of the matter said.

Americans have recently been hit with some of the largest premium increases
in years, according to a Morgan Stanley survey of insurance brokers.
The investment bank’s April survey of 148 brokers found that this quarter,
the average premium increase for customers renewing an insurance plan is 12
percent in the small group market and 11 percent in the individual market,
according to Forbes’ Scott Gottlieb.

简洁的总结一下。首先声明一下，这个帖子不打算讨论signup bonus，因为这个变化太
快了。如果你的消费不是很大而且很多联名信用卡都没有的话，我建议你在提高信用分
数的基础上每隔半年申请若干张新卡（最好每个银行限制一张），然后你的消费基本上
都在完成最低消费上面，那就不用考虑日常消费都需要用神马卡来最大化收益了。如果
你消费比较大，需要几张卡来最大化收益，或者是你需要一些卡的特殊权益，那这个帖
子会是非常好的讨论贴，我希望这个贴是一个互动的平台。
