不考虑学区，孩子高中快毕业了。
morgan hill比较荒凉，房价比dublin便宜15%左右，感觉以后没有什么升值潜力了。
感觉dublin以后升值空间比较大，比较有人气。
买房主要有3个顾虑，1是保值或者以后升值空间，2是安全，3是上班方便，毕竟绝大部
分工作计划都在san jose.这辈子可能就买1次房子了。
大家有什么建议呢？ |

decided Dublin w/o a hesitation.
1.Close to Bart
2.Pretty good elementary school and middle schools. High Schools is lagging
behind but will catch up, or there will be 2nd high school packed with
Indian and Chinese kids.
3.Nicer and newer community compared to Morgan Hill

现有一大堆数据 S (for example, around millions of positive integer numbers)，
杂乱无章。当然你可以读取所有的数字来计算出一个准确分布曲线(histogram or
distribution)。
考虑这样一种情况：取出一组随机的数，i.e.，a random subset of the whole set。
理论上这组数字subset应该和whole set具有大致相同的分布曲线，但有一定的偏差。
