年过４０而不立，心里真是很空。
生活在POINTS的虚拟空间，如同隔绝于尘世。
没有朋友，只有键盘远处，天天要涨价的AIRLINES,日日要点数贬值的旅馆.
这样 的生活没有依托, 真的很空呐。
除了买香草就是卖点数，生活在算计中太不轻松。日日忙碌过１５个钟，挣得却过不了
码工，有了上顿不知道下顿，生活悬浮在太空 |

我来说说BT money买基金的风险
1.首先BT money有时间限制，通常是短期（1年）。虽然说你总可以找到新的deal
不断把到期的BT转到新卡上，在如今interst rate提高，card issuer改变策略
的情况下，找到新deal的可能性不断降低
2. BT money面临随时还钱的危险。一次late payment；BT卡（Amex）忽然遭关闭
遭reveiw降低limit等都要求迅速还钱，否则>10% interest rate可不是闹着玩的
3. stock fund的预期长期收益是每年10 +/- 15%
注意关键词是“预期”“长期”“+/- 15%”，1年内赔钱很容易的（看看2000年）
买risk大的fund更是要注意
4. bond fund有时候pay higher interest than Money market/CD，但是bond fund
会risk lose principal，long term bond |

I know that one buyer did not give permission to release the money. The
seller cannot get it after 3-4 month. The sellers told me that if the buyer
never releases it, they can never get that money. That money will go to
some state fund in the end.

can offer incentive if you choose to use their preferred lender.
2. as for the earnest money, you give the builder the earnest money at the
time that you signed your sales contract. if you decide to back out of the
contract for any personal reason before closing, the earnest money is non-
refundable. bottom line, i don't think the earnest money has anything to do
with the lender that you want to use.

咱都是被空姐空少扔个锡纸盒饭吃的来!还有转机时各个机场VIP 室里呆着来,里面提供

了一些申请信用卡的基本历史。那时候老羡慕有cash back的信用卡了，结果乱申，一
堆hard pull，就capital one给了张300limit的烂卡，从此开始了我的信用历程。当然
后来卡越深越好，了解的东西也从money版转向各大博客论坛，如flyertalk，
boardingarea, thepointsguy, millionmilesecretes，从中开始获取各种信息，知道
了很多常客计划的各种用法和技巧。
回归正传，在2012年，一月初申了spg, 30000点，三月refer LD, 我10000，LD25000点
，五月份southwest刷一笔50000，七月two browser trick两张AA共100000，八月份申
了AMEX白金50000，十月份申了chase的priority club一笔消费80000, 同时还申了citi
的premier thank you card 50000。

赶在银行下班前在柜台存了。结果周六上午账户就出问题了，打电话一问说是周五存的
money order上的资金不能verify，以为我是fraud了，让我周一去branch找banker搞。
后来周一赶紧去branch，给我开户的banker帮我打电话给银行，后来电话里资金就
verify了。差点账户都被关了，还好最后还是平安搞定了。
我之前一直很纳闷，我是正规买来的money order，怎么还会不能verify上面的钱。上
周五于是我特意又在差不多时间去买了一张，然后回家用WU的电话查询了一下这张
money order，果然电话里说这张MO查询不到！整个周末都查询不到。然后今天周一再
查询就能查询到了。
所以WU的MO买好之后，不是立刻能用的，特别是碰到周末，要到周一才能用。特意上来
给大家提个醒，以后千万别买好急着存了。

最近比较focus on money management，尤其是position sizing。
这里绝大部分都是跟我一样的beginner，基本上很看重入点，什么时候买最好。我转到
期货和外汇以后在这上面下了挺大的功夫，并没有达到原先预想的效果（包括SVM，
Linear，Non-Linear，Wavelets，HONN, Kalman Filter，这些可能以后会有一定的突
破，但现有的概念和理论，实践起来的效果并不会提高多少，甚至没有提高，所以投入
产出比不佳），加上我一年多几千次浅显的交易经验给我的感觉是，入点远没有想象的
重要。50%的正确率够不够？我感觉远大于盈利的需求。

Has anyone used western union money transfer with a debit card? Did the
debit card charge you any fee? The western union website says that the debit
/credit card company may charge cash advance fee? I thought it only applies
to credit card. For PIN based debit card transaction, don't they deduct the
amount directly from your available balance? Thanks. |

钱。买房时如果你从亲戚朋友那里借钱作为首付，而且在贷款时钱没有在你的银行账户
里呆够两个月，这时银行需要你出具Gift money letter，如果你不能出具，银行会认
为这笔不是你自己的钱，不能作为首付，或者会把这一部分钱算作债务，从而会影响你
的贷款能力。
Gift money tax只针对赠与的人，接受赠与的人不需要缴税。每年每个人有14K的限额
可以用来赠与，限额以下不需要申报，限额以上部分你可以申报然后交Gift money tax
，也可以Claim again终身赠与免税额度。现在每个人终身可以免税赠与别人534万美元。
