嘱还有出错的。 用盐水泡脚居然漏了“盐”，一字之差，导致严重后果， 我现在在在
想是否要告她 mal-practice. 现在转了 HMO, 医生比Kaiser 靠谱多了。
借楼提个醒， 到药房买药的时候要记得给保险卡。 我以前一直在Kaiser 看病拿药一
直都简单， 今天第一次到RA药房拿药， 小二问我有没有保险， 我印象中记得自己买
药一直是要给钱的，就说没保险，结果拿了3个药居然花了110刀， 想起以前在Kaiser
拿药都只有10刀左右就觉得不对， 再一问说是没保险的话10刀的药就变成了72刀！ 我
赶紧把保险卡拿出来，后来总共退了我91刀。小二责怪我为什么说没保险，我说难道没
保险的难道不应该更便宜吗？ 小二说恰恰相反。

的home inspector的联系方式， 我问他咋了， 他说，他卖房的同时买的那个房子，住
进去以后发现一大堆问题，前屋主没有披露这些问题，home inspector 也没有查出这
些问题，他觉得我帮我的客户找的inspector检查得非常仔细，现在想找我的inspector
去重新检测，然后告他买的房的前屋主和他自己的代理帮他找的inspector。
美国出售的房子大部分是二手房，房屋检测是购房合同中必不可少的附加条款之一。当
买卖双方在购房合约上签字生效后，买主要做的第一件事就是请专人检查房子。检查费
由买主付，一般三五百元，贵的可以到八九百。这里所说的专人分两种，一种是有执照
的licensed, 另一种叫certified，certified要比licensed高一级，参加过额外的培训
，因此收费也会贵些。买方可以自己找， 也可以让自己的经纪人推荐。我一年中要和
好几个不同的inspector打交道，有时要约某个的时候正好时间排不上，所以是必须有

In my case, 2 weeks are probably not enough. My injury was caused by mal-
practiced weight-lifting, of course I gave it up immediately after the
