我对我之前的发型很满意，虽然现在发型有点变形了。
我觉得最好就是做个大波浪。然后层次剪出来。千万不要留刘海。偏分就可以了。
可以管1年，每次洗完头抹点着哩定定型就ok了。
记住不要小卷，不要从发根就烫。
我准备什么时候再去弄一个，再管1年，哈哈。
给个照片看看吧，我觉得这种头发很适合我们的年龄的。
PS 我的头发已经1年多没有打理了，所以效果不是最好的，有点乱，如果你的理发师手艺好，把层次弄好看点，然后卷作漂亮点，效果肯定比我照片里的好，我只是大概形状给你看一下，就是这种发型会很美化脸型的。 |

感觉的事情吧，譬如两人欧洲浪漫旅行（什么都不用自己费心，两人就负责浪漫那种）
，或者买辆你喜欢的车，或者买个钢琴，或者来一次大makeover,或者更新wedding vow,etc.总之有一个很美好的回忆弥补一个阴影。
对女人来说，有些瞬间的伤害/不好的回忆是会留一辈子的，像阴魂一样，时不时就会
发作刺痛自己，也可能刺痛别人。所以你一定要想办法创造一个美好的回忆把那根刺拔
掉。

really different from us, the lady is not fat in my eyes, her face is pretty
(above average), i agree that there are some room for her to improve her
style, but overall she has great potential.
For the TLC "What not to wear", most of the female guesses on the show
weight are seriously heavier than the Chinese lady, and still can look
fabulous after the makeover without dropping any weight.

勤快的时候，是这样的：
早上起床刷牙洗脸，我皮肤干，秋冬早上就用清水好好清洗就够了，如果觉得脏就用
gentle skin的cetaphil洗一下，风干，半干的时候，用pad占toner擦脸，toner半干的
时候擦eyecream，然后精华，day cream，我大概两层，一层专门保湿moisturizer，不
含spf防晒的，然后再擦一层含防晒功能的daycream。接着是sunscreen，spf40.等一会
（此时弄头发，几分钟）。然后擦bb cream，薄薄一层，肤色看起来更均匀，散粉。如
果要化妆就继续。
有人勤快的，还中间补防晒，补水。我没有。
晚上回家：应该尽早卸妆。洗干净手，等手干。手干了以后，（如果要卸眼妆，先用
pad卸眼妆）。手和脸还是干的，除了残留的油性eye makeover remover，拿dhc卸妆油
放手心，然后擦到脸上，手指按摩，特别是鼻翼，和下巴等等容易堆积makeup和污垢的
地方，按摩到你觉得油变得污浊了，然后加点点水在手上，按摩脸，此时油变成白色浮

么防晒霜护肤品还是有功效的，看来不都是伪科学，不都是唬人的，呵呵。然后就开始
用walmart货，然后慢慢用到中等品牌。摸索几年后，我现在皮肤应该没怎么老化，还
木出现皱纹，而且紧致度和光泽度也都还可以，我应该是找到了适合自己的方式：
1. 护肤最重要之一防晒： 紫外线一是晒黑，二是最可怕的致老！皱纹都是因为ROS和
紫外线引起的老化～所以，对于所有mm，无论什么年龄层，都应该一年四季，无论下雨
下雪还是阴天，都要在白天擦防晒霜。我脸上一年四季用spf40的，在夏天出门我会擦
