先玉335是转基因的吗？环保部说是，农业部说不是。但农业部承认先玉含有
CaMV35S启动子。如果你坚持怀疑它是转基因，人家会说你是造谣，有关部门早就宣布
它不是。如果你拿出事实证明吃了先玉335的动物(老鼠、猪、鸡)出现异常反应，他们
会说“就算它真的影响了生态，也与转基因品种无关。”既然转基因是好的技术，为什
么那么害怕这三个字呢？
先玉335的父本含有PH4CV。而PH4CV的类别编号包括“800/302”；在美国专利
法的规定中，“302”即指“基因修饰”。长长的专利资料文件显示，PH4CV的开发包括
了使用BT和HT转基因技术——这是用于商业化大宗农作物的仅有的两类转基因技术。美
国农业部在核准PH4CV品种的公告中指出，该品种的种植必须遵循“农作物保护法”的

这些研究结果都没发现转基因比传统育种的更risky。

“绿色和平”这个臭名昭著的反科学组织每隔一段时间就要来散布一下妖魔
化转基因的谣言吓唬公众，虽经多次揭露，其信用居然在中国媒体上还没有破产，
别人不烦我也烦了。既然此事在网上已被炒了起来，我就再评几句：
一、发布科学研究成果的正常渠道是经同行评议的学术期刊，越是重大的成
果应该在越是权威的期刊上发表。那些不先发论文而靠媒体来发布的所谓科研成
果，往往是在学术上站不住脚的，没有专业识别能力的普通公众对此应该警惕。
二、因为没有看到这个研究的论文，只能从新闻报道了解其内容。对比英文
报道，可知“绿色和平”歪曲、夸大了这个研究结果。据英文报道，该研究发现
的是喂了20周的转基因杂交玉米的小鼠产下的第三窝和第四窝的后代数量较少、
体重较轻，“绿色和平”竟给歪曲成“从第三代开始，后代的体重、体长和数量

1. BT毒素对猪猪们及大鼠的一些生理指标的影响。这一篇文章是Buzoianu, S.G.
等做
的（Buzoianu, S.G. et al. Animal, 2012; 6(10):1609-1619)。这些个作者给猪猪们
喂了BT-MON810玉米，对照则是常规玉米。作者总的结论是，BT玉米不影响这些个猪们
的体重和脏器的功能。但BT玉米确实可以影响某些生理指标。裴如，在喂养110天后，
BT玉米喂养的猪们，血清中的aspartate aminotransferase (AST，一种转氨酶) 显著
降低 （P<0.05)。此外，Serum Urea在30天的时候也有显著改变 （p<0.05). BT玉米似
乎还可以引起肠道组织学特征的改变。 Villus height 从798.5um降到598.9 um,

我以前知道的事情很多也是在2008~2009年采访了好几个农学的人才知道的。但是已经
过了5年了，这个领域里有很多新的东西我并不知道（因为我本来就不在这个领域里）
。所以非常感谢你列的这个文献。
不过，我看了那个文章里列的表，对于Bt protein, 在老鼠上大部分都是做了90天左右
。对于超过90天的试验，绝大部分都是做的转除草剂(Glyphosate)和其他转基因的作物，
唯一的例外只有这几个：

的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款，是退步，而不是进步！这种删除的实质是，进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力，置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾！
（2）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”，但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定：
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定，对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定，在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油，检测出超过

来自彭博社和中国粮油信息网的消息，美国农业部长Tom Vilsack在美国芝加哥举
行的一次美中贸易论坛上对记者表示，中国农业部已经批准进口Viptera玉米，也称为
MIR162玉米。
而MIR162正是2013年以来被我国口岸检疫部门退运达300万吨的那种污染的转基因
玉米。
美国食品药物管理署(FDA)与美国环境保护署(EPA)对于先正达转基因玉米MIR162“
食用安全性”进行的毒理学动物试验来看，存在4个致命问题：
1)毒理学动物试验用的样品是“假样品”：不是用先正达转基因玉米MIR162玉米粒
做喂养试验，而是用与转基因玉米MIR162毫无关系的天然细菌培养的Vip3Aa蛋白做“样
品”进行试验，然后主管武断，而不是通过客观的科学试验，断言效果相同;
2)故意不做任何长期喂养毒理学动物实验;
3)故意不做致癌性毒理学动物实验;
4)故意不做多代繁殖毒性动物实验。

一、揭露真相的选择
2013年，我第一次见到崔永元，他当时赴美拍纪录片。
我见到他时，他刚下飞机，接待人员安排了一个挺气派的餐厅就餐。那之后，吃饭都是
简简单单，他挺疲劳的，也没什么胃口， 大家也就跟着他一起吃面条或者简单的饭菜。
在这之前，我对他印象不深，因为没有机会看中文电视， 所以我一次都没有看过小崔
的电视节目。唯一的一次交集是，1999年，我的好朋友是崔永元第一本书《实话实说的
实话》的责任编辑，崔永元来新落成的上海书城签名售书，我正好也被邀请回国在书城
签名售书《世纪末，在美国》，责任编辑的她就送了一本小崔的签名书给我，又送了一
本我的签名书给小崔。
第二天午饭后，他站在外面抽烟，我走出去跟他聊天，我们聊到方舟子和肖传国，还有
转基因的一些事…… 他忽然显得思维有些跳跃，“我的公益基金会是普华永道审计的
，不怕他们查，”我的思路有点跟不上他……“这几天在美国，我还不太担心，在国内
，要给你弄个车祸什么的很容易的……”

十月的第二个星期一， 为纪念哥伦布1492年10月12日涉足美洲大陆。1792年纽约市第
一次庆祝这个节日，1934年罗斯福总统(FDR)和国会设立哥伦布日为联邦假日(federal
holiday)。
这天，联邦政府部门关门，雇员带薪休息；邮局和大多数银行都关门；各州政府和地方
政府随各地而定，象纽约等东北部地区和意大利后裔多的地方，哥伦布日是他们的骄傲
，这天是庆祝日。私企也是因地方和企业而定。学校正常上课，商店大开，是挣钱好机
会，华尔街股票市场照常营业，但证券市场不开，因为公债是政府的玩意。

Standing in front of me were a young couple with their dog dressed in maize
and blue.
Standing beside me were another young couple with their 2 year old son dress
ed in maize and blue.
The ceremony started with a chorus singing some Greek song in memory of Bo.
Several former players of Bo, and several friends of Bo attended, including
an author who's writing his biography, spoke.
