应该没问题。
我没上bbs以前在gym 里看人DB BP 75# 就觉得很壮, DL 225 以上觉得都过头了。上
bbs 的真是不一样。
顺便问一个press 的问题：
pavel rkc press elbow 往侧边翻 来 避免过度后仰（pavel say 后仰对lower back
不好），bell 曲线上下， 但我看 mahler, cotter, GS guys press 都减少 elbow 外
翻，bell 直上下 这样后仰多一些， 说是对肩膀好一些。后仰的话我觉得可以稍微
bend knee.

was the first mvt of op 9 that has moved him.

furtwangler的录音全是啥时候录的，就不奇怪了。但
是，慢慢的，我对录音的质量开始挑剔了。
我想这有两个原因，一是常听的曲目有点不一样了。
谁也不能一天到晚听furtwangler的beethoven和brahms，
那是要发疯的。即使是beethoven和brahms，stereo时
期的录音也有许多不错的。klemperer的录音就大多是
stereo的，他和Bavarian录的4，5就不可一世。walter
的brahms更是好过furtwangler(1除外)。
再一个原因，很多曲子本身对再现的要求就很高。
mahler的曲子，没有好的效果是根本不行的。bruckner
很喜欢first violin和second violin的interplay，
不把他们分列两边，都不大容易听清，更不用说mono了。
他又喜欢wagner tuba，mono的tuba声音真是撕心裂肺。
我觉得在录音中损失或者说水份最大的是人声。我到现
在，还是不能听mono的歌剧。flagstad唱的Isolde,不知
道当年如何，录音里却很干 |

发帖数: 20 | 16 真有趣，刚在不久之前也去听了mtt/sfso的马五。原以为也是他们全集的计划之一，不过
看来并非如此；而且确实还有所欠缺，但也并不令我失望。其实第一、第二乐章确实有点
不如人意；小号独奏过后，早已习惯的karajan的速度几乎要脱口而出，但居然以慢了一
百倍的方式在进行，双簧管手尽管一向很出色，在trio当中却不知怎么地十分吃力。直到
第二乐章中大提琴和bass演奏pianissimo时，似乎才渐入佳境，mtt的细腻之处才逐渐地
被感觉到了，然后是－－异乎寻常的scherzo。
第一次听到第三乐章时，觉得忍不住好笑，当然还有些莫名其妙，多少像伊索寓言当中所
说：巍峨的山峦崩裂了，然而却跑出一只老鼠。至今听到这里，也还总有几分怅惘。ratt
le的scherzo是过于轻快滑稽了，而walter又太从容，karajan则失之笨重：在那天晚上才
第一次意识到，第三乐章也可以那样细腻、自然地来演奏。常常问自己：那当中valse到
底代表什么？或者，这整个乐章就几乎是一支巨大的valse，这到底意味着什么？…也许
在40岁之前无论如何也不可能理解这一点，但是mtt和sfso似乎在暗示着某个回答； |

Quasthoff's Mahler. Hotel is not cheap, neither are the tickets. (Since he
is kinda short, I bought the seats at front row of the orchestra section.)
But I just got an email from Philadephia Orchestra, saying Quasthoff got
bronchial infection and canceled his performance. Vivaldi's four season will
be performed. (How many times this piece or some of Dvorak's will be used
for substitute?)

last moment substitute of Lorin Maazel for Mahler Sym. No. 5 was one of the
best concerts I’ve ever heard from PSO. In fact, it was so splendid that I
couldn’t find the same connection one year later in Chicago symphony center.
Yesterday’s program was interesting, not only because all three pieces were
written when the composers were young, but also those pieces, with their

I don't think that if you listen to pop music, you can't enjoy classical.
Find something very popular to listen to first--piano pieces by Chopin or
something like Swan Lake--and then you can move on to Mahler or Wagner.

芝加哥交响乐团演奏南美音乐， 烂就一个字
Emanuel Ax Yefim Bronfman 双钢琴，海顿主题变奏很好，别的一般，两个人都太爱杂
琴了，银色不美
还没有听的三场
朗朗和朋友演奏柴可夫斯基和舒伯特三重奏。都是常听曲目，不过上次现场听舒伯特
898，还是怒了，重复重复重复。
Dresden Staatskapelle 交响乐团演奏 Don Quixote 还有布拉姆斯第四，比较期待
Haitink 指挥芝加哥交响乐团，Mahler No.2 非常期待
下个月还有他指挥布鲁克纳 No.7 无比期待，那也是12月份唯一一场要听的音乐会了。 |

音乐作品都有自己的基本语言
抛开基本要素，根本谈不上欣赏
那些所谓“听很多遍就慢慢喜欢了”，也无非是在听了很多遍之后
慢慢熟悉了作品的某些语言，尽管是潜意识的
Mahler, Shostakovich 时代的作品，基本要素(比如和声)要远比
古典浪漫时期的作品前卫的多，听起来并不是非常“直观”
真想欣赏或者了解，到不如先好好学习或者了解一下基本的语言
指望自己哪天和作曲家心心相通，进而欣赏作品，基本不大肯能。
事实上，作曲家的心路历程不是独一无二的，他们也不是社会中
感情最丰富、思维最深邃、经历最悲惨的人。
而只有他们写出伟大的作品，其中显然有很多东西超越了情感
后来者过分强调“心境”“情感”，只是舍本逐末 |
