自从1980年代初中国农村普遍以家庭承包责任制取代人民公社体制之后，人们一直
在关心集体制农业“失败”的原因。流行于西方学术界的解释，主要集中在农民的生产
积极性和劳动效率问题上，大体可分为两派。一派强调外因，尤其是国家强加给基层集
体组织（由数十个农户组成的生产队）的种种平均主义政策，诸如在劳动报酬方面搞计
时工分，而不是计件工分；在粮食分配方面突出按需分配（口粮），而非按劳分配。此
派学者认为，国家之所以施行此类政策，固然多半出于榨取农业剩余、同时又要确保农
民最低程度的温饱方面的考虑，但是政府本可以在劳动管理和分配上，给生产队一定的
自主权，使之运用适当的物质刺激，提高劳动效率。1另一派学者强调农业集体组织内
在的缺陷，尤其是农业耕作的分散性和生产要求的不稳定性所带来的劳动监督上的种种

式操典。而中国很早就开始学习德国军事，清朝后期所建立的新军，就有着深深的德国
军事影响的烙印。
1927年，第一次国共合作全面破裂后，蒋介石的国民政府便迅速驱逐了苏联军事顾问，
开始向德国寻求军事援助。德国适逢一战战败，根据凡尔赛条约的规定，只能拥有一支
十万人的军队，大量职业军人被迫离开军队，这些除了军事知识以外对于其他领域知识

赛以后的一口气，今年有了打过决赛的CASELL和SPREE，应该会强很多。
象CASSELL这种身为后卫场均20分以上命中率差不多0。5，其中三分球0。4 的家伙的确是
恐怖。
不过觉得他们的内线感觉还是弱了点，进攻上迷你苏打分球合理，外线准，但内线火力点
少，在罚球上老吃亏。
YM，TD，SHAQ这些个喜欢到内线干活的大个子在罚球上比KG多。CASSELL，SPREE 对内线
的突破也不如KOBE 和 FRANCIS。
防守上KG篮板好，联防时补防也强，但单对单是抗不住对方大个子的，他太单薄了。CAND
YMAN如果打出来了，加上MADSEN和TRENT这些个干脏活的，狼的内线防守才能上个档次。
但只靠些个跑龙套打杂的不行。

但毫无重点是个问题。太阳队被一群小星星围绕，但他们没有为自己找到真正的太阳级球
员。所以难以有什么显著提高。
小牛似乎刚刚开了点窍换来了果丹皮，但马上又无聊起来。他们居然舍弃了墨西哥打手，
这个人别的不行，HUSTLE PLAY还是好的，其次，从他防守姚明来看，墨西哥打手满有头
脑。NASH是我所提到的基本功型的选手，除非你封死他，让他没有出手的企图，否则一旦
给他出手空挡，他就能给你投中，但这样的小个子换给了太阳，却并不能给太阳多少帮助
，只有留下才能放射光芒。还有，小牛为什么不去购买类似疯狗MADSEN那样的球员？小牛
的实力是否会上升只有看俩个新秀的表现了，根据我的猜测，新赛季小牛将原地踏步，毫
无进展。
火箭做了个赔本买卖。虽然我多次写文章抨击佛老大，但此人全无畏惧的心态值得表扬，
属于季候赛类型的球员。其次火箭损失了CATO，将带来防守和篮板迅速下滑和球员的伤病
。只是希望TMAC把锐利的进攻带去火箭，HOWARD不要拖后腿而已。现在虽然没有比赛，但
火箭全队训练的死去活来，希望范光头明白一个道理 |

这个Rudy有很大责任。关键时刻姚明还是不够坚决，一旦进入篮下1.5
的距离，就是QT也要打，这是气势，还是分得太多。进攻上没有Shaq的霸气，
有身体却不敢生扛。总之，上海男人还是太温柔。
Kobe看来伤得很重，一坐到场边就开始拉脚踝，明显能看出起跳不如平时高，
也不敢进去背打了。上半场打得很合理，火箭对科比几乎是一拿球就DT，科比基本
上都选择了分球。下半场Nachbar单挑，连搞了两个，之后就没什么特别表现了。
希望他脚伤快点好。没有科比的湖人跟勇士也差不多了。
湖人的弱点在于防守，内线没有高度，而且PG上的弱点太大，JVG最后时刻上Lue
就是让他突破，姚明最后扣飞的那个就是这样的。B. Grant太让人失望，拿max的人，
打得还不如Madsen，他的contract没有结束以前，湖人也就是第二轮到头了。
