发帖数: 105 | 4 上来问问各位生物同学，实在没有办法了。最近试验发现小鼠皮下注射后一些lipids能
很好的留在淋巴结里，主要是macrophage的uptake，初步试验似乎是albumin和这些
lipids高度亲和，将它们带至淋巴结，但是albumin是如何转运这些lipids到
macrophage的呢？如果是nonspecific cell membrane insertion, 似乎淋巴结里其他
的细胞（B，T，Cells）因该也会分一杯羹。我的问题是：一般说来，lipids或者是
fatty acids是如何被lymph node macrophage 捕获的？有没有cell-surface receptor
在macrophage细胞表面？多谢，我不是学生物的。 |

I attended an webinar by NCCN on adjuvant therapy for NSCLC pts and asked the case. The presenter is leaning towards using adjuvant chemo therapy. I am still collecting more openion on this. My mom will have first first follow up CT in Aug. I guess (guess only) if obvious disease progression were seen, chemo should be used. I still have the hope that if she can rest well and build up her immuine system, she will be able to keep the cancer in check.

node. To rule that out is why doctor orders biopsy.
You do not know for sure that a lymph node is reactive to inflammation
unless you look at it under microscope. However, most enlarged lymph
nodes are reactive. It usually goes away after inflammation is gone. |

我上周四按照板上的建议，把CFSE浓度降低到0.5uM,10^7cell/ml室温label 8分钟。
昨天取popliteal LN FACS了一下，所有老鼠的都有很多的OTI细胞，也有很好的
proliferation，在wt/ht/mt里边proliferation的区别也看到了。
估计是我之前用的CFSE浓度太高了，T细胞CFSE label以后都死光了。
真心感谢版上大家的帮忙！
需要比较WT和MT的dendritic cell antigen presentation的差异，因为MT的老鼠本书T
/B细胞和wt有差异,所以把老鼠breed 到RAG deficient background里。
实验是这样设计的，把OTI/OTII （2-5×10^6 cell/mouse） 细胞通过静脉注射打进老
鼠体内，一天以后footpad注射OVA+LPS. 再过72小时harvest popliteal lymph node，
看OTI/OTII增殖情况。因为是RAG deficient 老鼠，所以做tail vein injection前没

正进program是从7月2号开始。前两个月都算orientation,grossing有chief手把手教的
，一天gross大标本，第二天signout。第一个星期不知道怎么搞的，specimen不多，中
间独立日还放了一天，开会，看autopsy,还没什么感觉就过去了。 第二周开始标本多
了，chief稍微一放手，我就犯了错误。一次是dictate size，结果没dictate进去,
attending问我也不记不清了，最后用slide上拼着估计了一下，下次要把dictate的号
码记下来这样还可以回过去查，另外一次submit lymph nodes,slide key 写成A1

aggressive tumor. I agree with againstwind, your wife needs biopsy of the
enlarged lymph node. She can get a PET/CT before biopsy to see whether the
lymph nodes have FDG uptake. Should these tests confirm recurrent disease,
it suggests that the tumor is radio-I insensitive. If PET/CT only shows

not sure if you have a swellon lymph node and if you do, if it's hard or
soft, also not sure if you have any systemic symptoms such as fever, weight
loss, night sweat,
when people have trouble with lymph node, it's either infectious/
inflammatory or malignant, would start with your primary care physician and
do a detailed check up since it appears to be a recurrent problem,
by the way, not sure if you shave your armpit or not, sometimes could get a
local infection from shaving, good luck |

caused by infectious or non-infectious causes. If no abnormal values
present on initial lab test, time can help to differentiate the two, since
infectious cause is often short-lived. Non-resolving lymphadenopathy shall
warrant further testing, which often involves biopsy of the lymph node to
rule out cancer. |

There are a couple options available for her but before that she probably
needs a repeat lymph node biopsy to make sure she is still dealing with the
same disease. Follicular lymphoma can transform to more aggressive form and
that has to be excluded first. I have not seen the cytogenetics study of her
previous lymph node biopsy and that would be helpful if it is available. If
is is documented that she still has the same disease then there are at

胃镜结果也说有一点redness，biopsy检查没发现细菌或者溃疡什么的，医生的报告上
说是Gastritis
医生说最有可能是GERD，也没有开药，让调整饮食，不吃任何刺激性的食物，然后一次
吃一种刺激性食物，查出对什么发炎
我的症状：
消化系统有时不舒服：上腹（肚脐眼上面一点的地方的中间和左右）有时轻微不舒服，
有时有点hardburn的症状但是部位不固定有时在左乳部位，偶尔胃部有点不舒服，左下
腹偶尔也有一点不舒服，偶尔腰两边也有点不舒服。2月初开始，过了5，6个星期基本
好了，这周一做了胃镜之后又有一点。
暖气/涨气：有时吃了一点东西就有一些饱胀感，感觉食物还在食道里面，很长时间才
消化，不发声的轻微打嗝才感觉食物去了胃里面，偶尔还有点感觉喉咙深处有一点点泛
上来的液体。
体重也减轻了一点(5lbs左右)，但是我一月份花粉过敏很严重，二月份开始胃有点不舒
服，三月份牙疼四月初拔了智齿，现在还比较稳定。
去年有一次后腰剧痛，做了Ultrasound没发现腹部有什么问题，只是gall blader里面
