发帖数: 4 | 1 脖子下面的淋巴节肿大已经有1个多月了，也没有感冒什么的。右边锁骨里面经常隐隐
作痛，以为是扭到
了。2月份的时候有一天早上起床发现颈窝特别痛（两锁骨中间），一摸中间也长了一
个东西，起来以后
就没有那么痛了。然后后几天起床的时候觉得右边锁骨很痛，也是起来后就不那么痛了
。3月初看了医
生，验了血，指标都正常，除了血小板偏小。医生什么药也没开。
现在3月底了，脖子和颈窝中间的淋巴结没有消，都不疼，脖子上会新长出来小的淋巴
结，按着有点疼。
半夜总出汗，5，6点就自动醒来了。但是不发烧。肩膀和背都开始痛，锁骨里面也还是
隐隐作痛，早上
起来腰酸背痛的。这两天开始不停的打嗝，总觉得有东西卡在食道里的感觉，喉咙里也
有痰。
一直以来体质都不是很好，总是觉得很累。体重一个月来没有明显减轻，但是心理压力
很大，网上查到
的东西都是跟淋巴瘤有关的。我应该怎么办呢？约医生的话我应该做什么检查？上次的
医生看了验血报
告就说没有什么问题。可是现在每天都很难受。谢谢了！ | c********e

esp for LN, painful swollen LN is not lymphoma.
based on what you described, most likely it is kind of infection. | o**********g

However, lymphoma can often present with enlarged lymph nodes. A
definitive diagnosis will require a tissue biopsy, an invasive procedure.
You will need to discuss with your doctor to decide whether a biopsy is
necessary. Your doctor and you will have to decide based on the risk of
procedure vs the risk of missing a bad diagnosis. | r*****b

有没有其他好的替代方法来确诊淋巴结肿大的病因。 我的一个好朋友在耳后，锁骨处
有好几处
淋巴结肿大，耳后的淋巴结疼痛，锁骨处的不疼痛。 这种肿大持续3-4 年了，一直没
有去医院看。一旦上火或者工作压力大， 淋巴结肿大就更加明显。请问这种情况是
LYMPHOMA 吗？ 期待你的回复。
