路易斯安那州立大学 ((Louisiana State University, 简称LSU) 位于美国中南部路
易斯安那州(Louisiana State) 首府Baton Rouge( 巴吞鲁日) 市内。路大校园景色
优美，学习环境轻松. 这里四季分别不明显，总体说来，秋季温和，夏季温度较高，

到。一路上，不是沼泽地就是工厂，烟囱到处都是。
接下来去到Louisiana State Univerisy。肚子饿了，找了学校门口一家叫chimes的餐
厅吃了午餐。这个餐厅可以说是我行程中最好吃的餐厅了，价格便宜分量足。上个照片，可惜饿
昏了的我，吃到一半才想起要拍照，大家将就着看吧。最最感动的是点了服务生推荐的CRAWFISH
ETOUFEE，一大盘才10刀，而且里面的crawfish比米还多，简直太好吃了。以至于刚才本来跑去
costco想买crawfish学做的，结果costco说它家从来不卖crawfish。
本来想回程的时候再来吃一顿的，也就是因为发生了些意外，没去成，痛恨啊。。。 |

十三香的调料越华有卖。十三香龙虾除了加袋装十三香调料外，还要依个人口味在加油
超5成熟后再加入料酒，花椒，葱姜等以reinforce flavour.
其实麻辣川味龙虾最受欢迎了。这么说吧，我如果做了麻辣川味，十三香和Louisiana
风味各100只，最后麻辣川味还剩10只，十三香和Louisiana风味各剩大约50只。
地名发音“须鱼”而不是“鱼台”。 |

两个学龄孩子，白天上学不在家。
保姆上午时间自由，下午简单家务做一点简单饭菜。
晚上孩子9点钟睡觉，主要就是帮忙照看下午4点到9点这段时间。还有早晨7-7:30am
或者不住家的话也可，就是下午四点到9点这段时间。 |

FL因为是旅游州从pensacola起到panama city beach 都很不错。I10上限速都70了，车
子可以开的很快。
不知道你开到哪里。到Jacksonvill和到Miami都过1000mile, 但是还差将近400mile呢
。
建议中间休息一天，哪怕开1600mile到miami,开2天，每天800大概也好过3天，每天500
---如果没有小孩的话。 |

只有这两个国家的菜才能千变万化，任意搭配，翻陈出新，也就是在饮食方面有浓厚的
文化内涵在里面。
而考察德州和休斯顿的历史，早在17世纪这里就是法属殖民地，虽然期间有过西班牙殖
民统治阶段，也有墨西哥统治阶段，但是伴随美国独立战争等各个历史事件，还是源源
不断从法国批量移民过来大量法国人，一直到今天。甚至在休斯顿Downtown还有一个不
小的法国城(Frenchtown)。这里世世代代定居的法国人带来正宗的法国美食。我们今天
造访的位于Frenchtown不远的，在Louisiana街上的法餐厅Artisans就是这样一家非常
有历史，地道的法餐厅。当然今天的法国城(Frenchtown)主要是历史遗迹了，如果要找
法国馆子那里基本是没有了。出名的几家法国餐馆都已经不在那里了。这个点类似
Downtown的那个没落的中国城。
刚一走进Artisans我们就看到这家餐厅的标识图形，一只高卢公鸡。在这里可以再简单
介绍一下，如果一家法餐厅或者其他法国公司敢用高卢公鸡做他们的标识物，说明一个
