was $25k. I paid $21K + TTL. It is base model, AT, 6 disc changer, limited
slip diff, security system.
Now they ask for $24k for the same thing. CVT is not good in terms of

a little noisy, probably higher end is better, I rented Jetta and I can feel

engine warms up slow, you may need a coolant heater if you live up north;
Neutral:
fuel price is relatively stable, sometimes cheaper sometimes expensive than

401K system.
Annuity is a very complicated product, especially variable annuity is just
too risky and unfit for retirees, but the fixed annuity is the less evil one
and I think every retiree should devote a percentage of retirement asset to
it, to fight for longevity risk. |

real investment return is very hard, even nominal return you will need to
have a stock heavy portfolio, long term S&P 500 annual return is about 10-11
%, so you need to have 70-80% stock, which probably is not suitable for
retirees.
Another benefit to defer is before RMD, you get a few years of low taxable
income, use it to your advantage to convert some of your tax-deferred money
to ROTH.
